A Blanket of Stars
On winter nights, the world wears a cloak,
A quiet stillness, a breathless stroke.
The air, crisp and sharp, dances with frost,
In the hush of the moment, we count what's not lost.Above, a canvas of infinite dreams,
Where silver stars shimmer, and starlight beams.
Each twinkle a whisper from realms far away,
Inviting our hearts to wander and sway. The moon hangs low, a lantern so bright,
Casting soft shadows, embracing the night.
Its glow paints the snow in hues of pure white,
A magical world, wrapped in silence and light. As we gaze at the heavens, our worries grow small,
In the vastness of space, we're one with it all.
The constellations beckon with stories untold,
Of ancient adventures and secrets of old. With each breath of winter, we feel life anew,
A connection to cosmos, a feeling so true.
In the quiet of night, with the stars all around,
Our spirits take flight, in wonder unbound. So let us lie down on this blanket of stars,
Feel the peace of the night, let go of our scars.
For in these clear moments, beneath heaven's glow,
We find our place in the universe, and let our hearts flow.
