A Journey Together
We started out on separate roads,
But soon our paths entwined.
With every step, with every turn,
We left the past behind.
Through sunny days and stormy skies,
We've traveled far and wide,
Facing challenges, side by side,
With no need to hide.
We've climbed the hills, we've crossed the streams,
We've stumbled, laughed, and cried,
But through it all, through thick and thin,
You've been my faithful guide.
In moments bright, in moments dark,
You've never let me stray,
And I've been there to walk with you,
Through each and every day.
We've shared our dreams, we've chased them down,
Together, hand in hand.
And when we've failed or lost our way,
Together we would stand.
The road ahead is long and wide,
With twists we cannot see,
But as long as we walk together,
That's all the road I need.
For every mile, for every bend,
Our bond grows ever true,
And this journey we're on, my friend,
Is better because of you.
