Whispers of Autumn
As summer sighs its last, the air begins to shift,
A tender whisper rustles through the trees, a gift.
Golden sunlight softens, casting shadows long,
The world prepares for change, in nature's quiet song.Leaves, once vibrant green, now blush in fiery hues,
Amber, crimson, and rust, a painter's bold muse.
They twirl from branches, a graceful ballet,
Dancing on the breeze, as summer slips away. The air grows crisp and cool, a hint of earth and spice,
Pumpkin patches beckon, their harvest sweet and nice.
Fields of corn stand tall, golden stalks wave hello,
While whispers of autumn weave through the meadow. The crunch beneath my feet, a symphony of sound,
Each step a gentle echo, as leaves swirl all around.
Nature's quilt of colors blankets the ground,
A tapestry of change, where beauty can be found. With every breath I take, the scent of earth awakes,
Cider and cinnamon linger, as daylight slowly breaks.
The days grow short and sweet, a mellow, soft embrace,
In this tranquil transition, time finds its gentle pace.So let us cherish this moment, as seasons intertwine,
Embrace the whispers of autumn, the change that feels divine.
For in each fading light, and in each falling leaf,
Lies a promise of renewal, a time to find relief.
