"How are you feeling right now? Mrs Rajvansh! " I woke up to a lady doctor's voice, when I looked around I realized I was laying in a hospital bed.. I sat down hurriedly, how did I land up here.. "Relax, mam.. You are fine now, " she assured me, I closed my eyes to remember what had happened to me.. I was returning back to the Rajvansh mansion, but I just fainted in the car..

"Umm, did you inform any of my family members about me? " I asked her, she shook her head negatively.. "Actually your driver brought you here and we did several tests. " I said with a polite smile and stood up..

My eyes remained frozen on her, my breath became steady.. My lips parted away in shock, "Yes, you heard me right.. You are one month pregnant! I paid the bills and took the reports from the receptionists.. The driver was waiting for me, and he asked me about my health.. I told him to not say anything about my health to any of my family members.. He was my personal driver, so he doesn't do anything without my permission.. All the way I was just being happy about the news, but I was sad that Abir was not here..

I felt like crying, because he was the first person I wanted to share this news with.. My phone started ringing, my eyes filled with tears after seeing Abir's name.. I was being emotional because this was the happiest news for both of us and I wasn't able to share it with him because he was not here.. I received his call and tried to control my happy tears..
