Luna was deep in her work at her forest preserve zoo, carefully watching over the creatures and ensuring their habitats were just right. Everything from magical creatures to rare plants thrived on this island, and visitors wandered through, marveling at the untouched beauty. It was peaceful and felt almost wild, just as she'd dreamed.
But as Luna gazed out over the water one quiet afternoon, her eyes fell upon another island that lay not too far away, a short boat ride from her forest preserve. This island had an untamed look, and as her imagination took over, she began to see what this new island could become—a dedicated zoo with more structure, a place where people could learn about magical and non-magical creatures from all over the world. She envisioned clear paths, informational displays, and sections dedicated to different types of magical creatures.
Without wasting a moment, Luna packed her notes and traveled to the mainland, heading straight for Harry's office in Starios. She found him at his desk, reviewing maps and planning updates to the central continent. He looked up, smiling warmly as she entered.
"Luna! To what do I owe this pleasure?" Harry asked, setting his papers aside.
"Harry, I've had the most wonderful idea," she said, her voice bright with excitement. "You know how we've got the forest preserve zoo? Well, I was thinking of expanding! There's an island just a little way off from mine, and I thought, what if we create a more structured zoo experience there? A true educational experience where people can learn about creatures and see them up close in safe environments."
Harry's eyes lit up as he listened. "That sounds incredible, Luna. You want to create an entire zoo experience on the new island?"
"Yes!" Luna replied, her hands flying as she spoke. "We could have areas for creatures from different environments—forest, desert, underwater, and so on. And then we could create little buildings along the paths for information centers, where people can learn more about each creature. Maybe we could even have exhibits with magical plants, so visitors can understand how plants and creatures work together in their natural habitats."
Harry grinned, seeing her enthusiasm. "It sounds like you have a whole plan ready. I think this is a brilliant idea."
Luna smiled, thrilled by his support. "I thought so too! I'll start writing down all the ideas. Oh, and I was also thinking of including a section where young students or researchers can learn hands-on care. Imagine students from the Nexus School taking field trips there, seeing creatures in real environments!"
"That sounds perfect, Luna," Harry replied. "You could even add a section where you teach others how to respect and safely interact with magical creatures. I'll make sure everything you need is available to start building."
Overjoyed, Luna sat down with Harry to sketch out the first ideas for the island's layout, writing notes and marking out each habitat. She wanted each area to feel immersive—an underwater section for aquatic creatures, a mountain region for those who thrived in high altitudes, and a desert landscape for heat-loving magical beings.
After hours of planning, Luna left Harry's office with her ideas fully mapped out and a heart full of excitement for what lay ahead. She would make this zoo a place where the wonder of magical creatures could be shared with all.
