So, it was 12 PM, about 63 degrees with slight winds, but again, still no snow and much warmer than Colorado for sure. I was scavenging materials that we could use to make lighting fires in the night easier than just sticks and wood logs with stones in the night and went by some old abandoned post office and county jail, once I went there through a torn down wall to see if any shipping containers in there contained matches or jerry cans, some random person took out a musket of some sorts on me and cut my left cheek, as I fell to the ground bleeding and shrieking in fear, it was this adult human looking buff and middle aged around his 40s, up to 6 feet tall, but thankfully Virt who was only an inch taller came right behind him as he was about to shoot me and cocked the gun back, as the man covered his facd with a cowboy hat, glasses, and black bandana, as I was about to die before Virtuous stabbed the man through his chest with his sword, as the man then fired but missed firing at the wall inside the post office in front of me, as he then took his now bloody sword out, holstered it, and had the human dead in his tracks as he dropped his gun and fell to the floor bleeding, as Virtuous quickly picked me up calmed me down wiping my cut with a tissue, and took me back to safety as he rescued me in his arms and tried comforting me while I was crying, that was a close one indeed.
