Chapter 44: Ralsei At The Door

-SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH, 2023.-
So you know, it was 5 AM, and I was sleeping in my room on a Sunday until I heard a knock at my front door from my crack-open door bedroom. I checked the time on my clock, wondering who could be here at this hour. It was around 15-16 degrees outside and snowing as usual...... as I fell asleep with my beanie on and hung it up on top of one of the coat hangers next to the door, and unlocked the door as I heard another knock, opening it just to see Ralsei. He explained to me that he just wanted to talk because he heard of my friend Davonte's "disappearance" and noticed a lot of people who seem to be my "friends" have been "going missing" a lot and all go to my school and just wondered if he could come in and talk a bit. After he said this I scratched my head a bit, and I replied to him with a simple "no" as in saying I didn't want to talk, and told him it was 5 AM and I don't want to wake up just for this, and that we'll talk more later, as I then shut the door and locked it. It was 5 in the morning, I didn't have time for this, and after that, I quickly went back to bed, shutting the door to my bedroom as well tight while Risk still slept on the couch and John slept next to me on a well-sized sleeping bag on the floor. As I collapsed on my bed, I was then thinking to myself about when all this will end, as I slowly drifted off to sleep, not even thinking for a second that I was the cause of all this as I pased out fully 29 minutes later at 5:31.
