Chapter 185: Holiday Wish

-WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 20TH, 2023-
So... after that traumatic event yesterday with the random, crazy guy, of course although my cut healed but devolved into a scab, me and Virt were cuddled up in the back of the truck again on a cold 11 PM winter night. It was approx. 59 degrees outside. Very cold. I asked him a question:

Rei- "Hey uh.... Virt, what's your holiday wish for Christmas???? Or for the multiverse even?????"

Virtuous- "WELL, IT IS SIMPLE, REI. MY WISH FOR THE MULTIVERSE AT CHRISTMAS IS THAT THERE WOULD BE PEACE BETWEEN ALL UNIVERSES, INCLUDING MINE, YOURS, AND EVERY OTHER ONE. IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT STOPPING WARS OR ENDING CONFLICT, BUT ABOUT BUILDING UNDERSTANDING AND EMPATHY. WE ALL HAVE OUR DIFFERENCES, BUT WE CAN FIND COMMON GROUND IN THE THINGS THAT WE HOLD DEAR - OUR FAMILIES, OUR FRIENDS, OUR LIVES. NOW GO TO SLEEP NOW????? OKAY???"

Virtuous would the cast a spell on me, not knocking me out but making me really tired, as my eyes near shut, I butt my head into his chest, and I yawn, slightly snoring as I thank Virtuous for that at least, and he reassures me, letting me sleep deep buried into his chest as he rubs my head gently..........
