Chapter 46: Back Again With Bread

-TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21ST, 2023.-

So on Tuesday, when we finally went back to the Dark World, I was there again for the first time in a while, but just with Bread, and whether Ralsei was there or not we were more focused on getting to FOHAD quicker instead of checking into Castle Town, because Bread wanted a new sword at Seam's shop, to where he did get that in order to get his regular REAL SWORD switched out with a Katana. He had his sunglasses on when we walked in but took them off revealing his regular circular glasses he usually wore over his black facemask as usual, and he took out the sword, as I took out my wooden sword, and I realized that his sword could probably cut mine in half if he wanted to, as I then holstered my sword and he did his, as he didn't even use D$ to buy the Katana but traded it, as we continued walking normally after that past the bake sale/eatery all the way into Scarlett Forest, where Bread and I blinked twice seeing seeing a little pink ball rolling around in the forest, nearby an empty chest that people use to store belongings in and come back for them, as Bread then starts talking about something giving me ideas.

Bread- "I'm no psychopath, but that ball around there would be good to test this Katana out on, what do you say?"

I shrugged, not wanting to do much, but then I just replied with a simple "sure" to Bread, and we both corner the ball, as it looks scared, and then we throw our swords at it, as it splatters into purple goo once it's mushed, and then we both take our swords out as the ball disappears into pink dust and holster them, purple blood all over our swords and bodies, as pink clouds fly in the air a bit from the departed darkener spirit. We walked off, and then began to exit the DW without issues as usual, and as we snuck into the Card Castle elevator while King was having another meeting with his soldiers, making it easy for us, as we still had the "ball blood" on our bodies, I began to think if what we did was right or not, as Bread seemed un-phased as we ascended up the castle in the elevator to get to the top floor below the roof, it was as if to Bread, when I was looking at him, we had just killed a useless little ball Darkener that had no significance in this world, that nobody ever cared about, and never will, whereas to the harmless little ball that could barely talk, its life just ended in a heartbeat, I needed so much time to think this through.
