Chapter 139: A Weird Thing Susie Said To Me

-SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2023-
So it was a sunny day outside today but now that summer is ending and fall starts in 12 days officially, I decided to take a walk outside and it was dropping into the high 50s in terms of Fahrenheit temps as I put my head cover on and went out with my jacket puffer on today, as Susie then happened to be right outside the doorstep as I shut the door behing me about to begin my walk.

Rei- "Susie, what are you doing here??????."

Susie- "I’m here for the annual invisible pineapple race. Aren’t you?"

Rei- "Uh......"

at this point I had no idea what to say, so I just went with it.

Rei- "Uh....... Yeah! So am I!!"

Susie- "There was no invisible pineapple race."

Rei- "....."

Susie- "I heard your hanging with Noelle, just don't do anything stupid, that's my best friend."

Rei- "O- ok....."

After I said that, Susie walked off and left my view, I decided to take my shoes off on the porch and go bacm inside, tossing them on the floor as I took off my head-cover and left it on the near-door desk. I sighed, this was such a confusing interaction. Noelle wasn't here with me right now, but even if she was why would Susie care??? She's usually nice to me and knows I wouldn't do anything wrong to her???? Would I....? That was confusing. I had no words, so I just went on with my day staying inside for the rest of the Saturday today.
