Chapter 162: Virtuous

-MONDAY, OCTOBER 2ND, 2023-
So, I walked home from school today, and what do you know? I meet a new person at the house, his name is Virtuous, and literally right when I WALK inside the home, as soon as I shut the door and take my backpack off after school, Virtuous, who is a black looking figure with a weird question mark over his head quickly LIFTS the backpack out of my hand using his telekenetic powers and opens it up, finding an apple in there as he lifts it from there, again using telekenesis and takes a bite out of it, as that red apple was what I was gonna eat for our 30 minute snack break today at school that we always have in the middle of the day, but I didn't want to, as the backpack dropped and everything else fell out of it, INCLUDING my laptop I needed for school which had its disc inserter pop out and the screen break along with the usb I used for the mouse and mouse itself popping out and breaking too. I had just got home as I was still trying to question who this man was and was pissed off already.

Rei- "Hey what the hell man?!?!?! Who even are you?????!!"

John (who's in the back in the living room due to being to sick to go to school today laying on the couch)- "Oh uh- *COUGH COUGH* that's my fr- *sneeze* friend Virtuous, he came here to wish me well since I'm *COUGH* s-sick. *sniffle*"

Virtuous- "MY APOLOGIES, MADAM, ALLOW ME."

he then fixed everything and put my backpack where I USUALLY leave it, taking one more bite out of my apple and then tossing it into the garbage bin, as he then summoned something for me and it was.... the same purple crystal necklace my mom gave to me before I left that I lost only the day after first coming here a few months back.....?

Virtuous- "HERE, TAKE IT. :>"

I was a bit teary eyed, and I put it on and, oh my.... just like the locket, that I also lost, it glowed when I did that, glowing purple.

Virtuous- "JOHN TOLD ME ABOUT THE ONE YOUR MOM GAVE YOU THAT YOU LOST, IT ALSO GIVES YOU TELEKENETIC POWERS TO LIFT THINGS LIKE ME SO-"

I then hugged Virtuous tightly, words cannot express how grateful I was for having someone like him around, he said he's really from another dimension and would like to live with us because he's in search of a home, I let him, maybe I actually found the dad I never had......???? I hope so, he was so sweet.... I misjudged him I think. ♡☆
