(Season 2, Episode 8)
"How the hell did you predict this?!" I shouted at the brunette as we ran from the people who were in a zombie-like state.
Apparently, the Guild's main goal was to capture Q, before having one of their ability users force Dogra Magra to infect a large amount of people. On top of that, Atsushi was kidnapped yet again.
"Though it was the worst-case scenario, I didn't expect them to actually go through with it," he revealed. "It's a good thing I had a plan."
Shooting out more blood ropes from my fingers, I tightly wrapped them around a group of ten mind-controlled people, who were rapidly closing in on us. "And what would that be? We can't go around killing all these people and we can't do anything without that stupid doll!"
"Calm down, (Y/n), the doll will arrive shortly."
"What do you mean 'arrive'? Did you order it with express delivery or something?" I sarcastically spouted.
"Yup." The smoke screens we deployed thirty minutes earlier have activated, releasing plumes of purple smoke. "Looks like the Atsushi express has arrived."
"Never say that again... ever." I sighed. "Where would he even be? We set up block's worth of smoke."
The sound of an explosion reverberated from the next street, resounding loudly through the vicinity.
"Over there." The bandaged man smugly grinned, before taking off.

Upon arrival at the scene, we found Atsushi lying on the ground, stretching his hand towards the doll. Finally, it's over. The brunette approached the weary boy and, with his left hand, lifted the doll, thereby neutralizing its power.
	"Well done, Atsushi."
Kneeling down to Yokohama's latest hero, I lifted his arm up, allowing me to slide him onto my back. If Osamu hadn't broken his arm, I wouldn't made him do it- Wait, when the hell did he break his arm?
In the sky loomed a helicopter carrying a skilled sniper, prompting us three to seek refuge underground, where we stumbled upon an abandoned subway staircase.
"Good job, Atsushi." Osamu reiterated, as I placed the white-haired boy on the ground. "Yokohama is saved. Though I can't say we're out of the woods just yet."
"As long as the enemy has Q, they'll use him as much as they need to," I sighed.
"So, what should we do now?" The bandaged man thought out loud.
"You know, there's a passage from a book I read a long time ago. I remember it said, 'the head may err, but never the blood'. So, I have an idea about what to do." The boy kept his head low. "I know it might sound out of the question to everyone else, but to me, I feel it's the only right answer."
	"What's your idea?"
"An alliance, they're the most powerful group in Yokohama and they're fighting to defend this city. I can't think of a better organization to help us in our fight against the Guild."
"A team-up?" I questioned. "Who do you suggest we work with?"
	"The Port Mafia."
-Later That Night-
Leaning against the bathroom sink, I diligently brushed my teeth. The door was ajar, allowing the sound of the brunette's footsteps as he paced in our shared room.
Intentionally or not, I overheard a conversation between Osamu and the President about a meeting with Mori to discuss the alliance Atsushi had proposed. A meeting that I was expected to attend.
After the call ended, I opened the door completely and entered our room.
"Sweetheart, don't you know it's rude to eavesdrop."
I removed my sweatpants from the dresser drawer and held them tightly. "I-I don't want to do it. You can go to see him, but I want no part of this."
	"Look, I know you don't-"
"No, you don't know!" I snapped. "I know you're aware of how bad of a person he is, but you never received the full extent of his harassment 'cause you aren't a girl!"
Mori never physically did anything to me, but the way he acts, and his words...
"(Y/n)?" Osamu approached and placed both hands on my shoulders. "What exactly happened that you didn't tell me?"
My knees felt weak, as if they were giving out beneath me. "I don't wanna... I don't wanna..."
The man with bandages furrowed his brow slightly before sitting down beside me on the floor and enveloping me in his long arms. Tears streamed down my cheeks as I buried my face in his shoulder.
"Please (Y/n), you need to tell me what's wrong." Gently, he stroked my hair, pulling me as close as he physically could. "I can't help if I don't know what happened."
"You already know how much he scares me," I sobbed. "I always dragged you along with me when I had to meet with him, so he didn't make suggestive comments. He did stop once he figured out that you married me, but even if he doesn't say it out loud, I know he still thinks it."
"I'm sorry." Osamu rested his head on top of mine. "I always thought that Mori treated us the same, being emotionally manipulative that is."
Lifting me up, he carried me bridal style to our bed, laying me down on my side.
Upon giving him a puzzled glance, I noticed that he was no longer wearing his cast. "I thought your arm was broken?"
"You remember that stunt I pulled on our first job?"
I let out a chuckle as Osamu gently wiped the tears from my face with his thumbs. "Yeah, when you faked a broken arm just so you could hide a metal gauntlet."
"Yup." His cheerful demeanor quickly switched to a more serious one. "Look, I don't want to force you to do this, but I really need you to come with me to this meeting. Mori fears us both working together. Don't worry, I'll do all the talking and be right next to you the entire time." His hands wrapped around my own, as he smiled at me. "So, what do you say?"
Pulling the covers over myself, I turned away from the brunette, taking my hands back. "Fine, I'll do it."
Wrapping his arms around my waist, he leaned his head against my back. "I knew you'd pull through, my dear."
I was shaken just by Kyouka mentioning his name, but now... I have to see Mori again. And what's even worse is that I'm just falling back into another manipulator's arms.
