(Season 2, Episode 9)

The idiot resting his head on my lap complained, as we sat in the Agency's lounge. "I really don't feel like working."

"Are you seriously going to mope around like this the whole morning?" Kunikida raised a brow. "And is it really necessary to use your coworker's lap as a pillow?!"

"Any other time I'd be willing to have this conversation with you, but not now, please," Osamu groaned.

"What happened to this energetic young hero who saved the city from the brink of destruction?" The blonde questioned.

He pouted like a little child. "The boss has me lined up for this new job and I don't wanna."

I frowned, placing my hand on the bandaged man's head. "I'd rather not either."

"Is that the same one Atsushi and the boss were talking about yesterday?"

"Correct." The President emerged behind Kunikida, prompting Osamu to sit upright.

"Dazai, what's the status of the meeting with the boss of the Port Mafia?"

Kunikida's complexion turned ashen when the President brought up the Mafia.

"I've made the arrangements."

"Do you think their boss will come?"

"I'm positive." Osamu predicted. "It's the perfect opportunity to kill you after all."

"I'd prefer that to having bloodshed amongst our people." The older man then took his leave.

"Hey Dazai, what's this secret meeting with the Port Mafia all about?!" Kunikida shouted.

"Well, I'll have to admit our little Atsushi's idea has really snowballed. Since the Guild is now our biggest threat, we decided to-"

"Wait, wait, wait, wait!" The man with glasses sputtered. "I am totally lost here. First of all, why are you the one arranging this meeting?!"

With the most innocent face, he answered: "because I used to be with the Port Mafia." Slightly tilting his head, he gestured to me. "Her too. Oh, did I not tell you that? My bad."

"WHAT?!"

"You don't have to be an asshole about it." I lightly punched his arm (which I forgot was casted) as he groaned "in pain".

"Ow, my arm!" He pouted, before smiling at me.

Several hours later, we reached the designated meeting area in a courtyard. Osamu and I took our seats on a substantial concrete block. His hand rested gently on mine while we both anxiously awaited the arrival of our former boss. In due time, he appeared, flanked by the commanders of the Black Lizard.

"Welcome, Boss."

"It's been four years," Mori creepily smiled. "Do you happen to remember the coats that I gave you two?"

"Of course." He leaped off of the structure, as I followed. "We had them burned."

"Ougai Mori, boss of the Port Mafia." The President walked into the meeting alongside Kunikida. Junichiro was also there, hiding behind the brick wall.

Mori acknowledged the man in traditional clothes. "President of the Agency, Yukichi Fukuzawa."

As both individuals approached one another, our groups observed with bated breath.

"So, the time has come."

"If the government found out about the leaders of two powerful organizations were meeting like this, I'm sure they'd be absolutely furious."
