As the final out was called and the Dodger fans in the crowd roared in triumph while the Yankee fans groaned, your heart pounded with pride and excitement. The Dodgers had just won Game 5 of the World Series, clinching the championship against the New York Yankees and you couldn’t be happier for your husband, Kiké Hernández. Standing on the field with members of other players families, you held your one-year-old son, Derek, in your arms, his big brown eyes wide with the flashing lights and booming cheers surrounding them while noise cancelling headphones covered his little ears.

You watched as Kiké celebrated with his teammates, hugging each of them and shouting in victory. You could see the pure joy radiating from him, his smile stretching wider than you’d ever seen. Eventually, the team formed a circle around Kiké as he was pulled aside for a post-game interview.

With Leo balanced on her your, you moved closer to the sidelines to get a better view. The reporter asked Kiké about his feelings on the win, his journey with the team, and his dreams coming true. Kiké answered with enthusiasm, eyes bright and voice filled with emotion. But, every so often, he would glance over at you and Leo, his smile softening as he looked at his family waiting for him.

Finally, as the interview wrapped up, he thanked the fans and then motioned toward you. He spoke into the microphone, “I want to thank my family, my wife, Y/N, and our son, Leo. They’re my everything, my motivation, and I’m so lucky to have them here with me tonight. This one’s for them.”

Your heart melted at his words. You were beyond proud, not just of Kiké’s accomplishments but of the man he was. He ran over to you, practically sprinting, and when he reached you two, he wrapped his arms around you and Leo in a tight embrace.

“You did it! You won and you're gonna get your parade” you whispered into his ear, hugging him as tightly as she could. Leo gurgled happily between them, clutching onto his dad’s jersey.

Kiké laughed, brushing a hand gently over Leo’s hair before cupping your face and pressing a quick kiss to your lips. “We did it, mi amor,” he murmured, his voice filled with joy. “I couldn’t have done any of this without you. Thank you for being there every step of the way.”

You smiled, leaning into him for a second. “Winning the World Series isn't the only best thing that happened tonight. I have a little something to tell you,” you said, your voice barely above a whisper, though your eyes sparkled with excitement.

“What is it?” Kiké asked, looking at you curiously.

You bit your lip, feeling a happy nervousness bubbling inside you. You took his hand, pressing it against your stomach gently. “We’re adding another player to the team,” you said softly, her smile growing.

For a moment, Kiké’s expression was blank as he processed your words. Then his eyes widened, realization dawning on his face. “Wait…you mean…you’re pregnant?” he whispered, a huge grin spreading across his face as he stared at you in absolute awe.

You nodded, a tear slipping down your cheek. “Yes, we’re going to have another baby.”

Kiké’s face lit up with pure joy, and he laughed, lifting you into his arms and spinning you around carefully, mindful of Leo, who squealed in delight. He looked down at you, his eyes filled with love. “This is the best night of my life,” he whispered, pulling you close and pressing his forehead to yours. “I have everything I could ever want right here.”

As the two of you embraced, surrounded by the stadium lights and the echoes of cheering fans, You felt like your heart was about to burst. This was both your moment—an unforgettable celebration not just of Kiké’s achievement, but of your love, your family, and the beautiful journey that lay ahead.

You pulled away, noticing his teammates running into the clubhouse, getting ready for the champagne and beer showers "go gave fun with your teammates, you deserve it" you smiled.

Kiké look at his you then at his teammates, nodding in agreement. He gave you a kiss on the lips and Leo a kiss on the forehead. He ran over to his teammates, a giant smile on his face "I'm gonna be a fucking dad again!" He cheered, running into the clubhouse.
