Aurora and Helen follow Leo and Idris to Audrey's house. They had given Audrey a week to rest. They walk up to the gates of Audrey's home. "Hmm, why is there an aura barrier?" Aurora asks Leo. He nods "Well, Kogen normally restrains his aura with a spell so he doesn't kill anyone weaker than himself." He explains. "He thinks his aura is all that? hmph, I bet it's nothing." Aurora walks to the gate "Hold on! give the leader some time to!" Aurora ignores them and walks past the gates. She quickly falls to the ground gasping for air. She starts sweating profusely under the pressure of the aura that is doing its best to kill her. Helen grabs Aurora's leg and pulls her out of the gate. Aurora falls onto her stomach gasping for air in pure terror. Leo sighs at how reckless Aurora is acting. "Oh! You guys made it!" They look up at the cheerful voice. Their eyes now see the massive aura filling the area. "Audrey!" Leo steps up to the gate. "wait there! I'll ask Kogen to put on the spell before you walk in." She quickly turns and starts running back to the house. "How is she standing!?" Aurora asks. Leo shakes his head "Audrey says it due to the bond she holds with Kogen but, I think she's just got a lot of aura herself." He answers. Aurora gets up ready to argue with Leo "Okay! you guys can come it!" Audrey runs back over as the aura shrinks. Leo and Idris quickly walk into the gate "How are you doing?" Leo asks. Audrey nods "I am alright, I feel a lot better knowing Iris is in a protected area." she answers. He nods turning back to Helen and the others as they walk into the barrier. "Audrey!" Yyvonne quickly rushes to the group. "Hm? Are Dad and Grandpa here?" she asks. Yyvonne nods "Yeah! They are talking with Kogen!" she explains. Audrey nods "Alright, let's go then." she leads the group to the back of the house. "Wow, this place is nice," Aurora mutters. "I thought you would be living in a cave or something." She mutters. Audrey giggles "What? Do you think we are so undeveloped?" she jabs. Aurora shakes her head "I just thought Kogen was barbaric enough to live in a cave." she retorts. Audrey giggles before shaking her head "He is not." she refuses her way of thinking. "Audrey, can I ask how you managed to stay in this place?" Aurora sounds serious. Audrey nods "Well, I have an aura bond with Kogen so his aura does not affect me." she explains. Aurora exchanges a glance with Helen. "Are you sure that it?" Helen asks. Audrey nods "Yeah," they turn the corner "Grandpa!!!" Yyvonne shouts tackling Loki in a hug. He laughs "My how energetic my grandchild is." he jokes. Audrey giggles her eyes wandering to the mountain. "My who do we have here?" Thoren steps up. Audrey grins at him "Grandpa I want to introduce you to two new friends." Helen and Aurora step up next to Audrey. His eyes narrow before his aura flares. "Audrey, you need to step away from them," he warns. Helen and Aurora take a step back startled by Thoren's reaction. Audrey steps in front of them "Grandpa, they are here with good intentions." Audrey states. "There is a phoenix behind you Audrey!" he hisses. Audrey nods "I understand that, but I don't understand why you and the others had an issue with them!" She states. He frowns "It's just been that way since before we were born!" he scoffs. Kogen sighs "Elder, they are members of the twelve leaders, they have come to greet the Naga tribe with respect." He groans. Loki steps in front of his father and nods "Alright, I understand you want to start friendly relations with the other tribes Audrey. Can I ask why?" He asks. Audrey looks at Helen and Aurora before looking at her father. "I want to mend the relationship that was broken before," she answers. Thoren frowns "That is not a good Idea!" Thoren refuses. "Why do you want to do that?" Loki asks. Audrey takes a deep breath "I want to give our tribe a fighting chance." She answers "A fighting chance!?" Thoren shouts getting more upset. "We are better off alone! I'd rather struggle by ourselves than give them the chance to steal our hard work again!" Thoren shouts. He shoves Loki out of his way and marches up to Audrey. Helen and Aurora look at each other worried. Audrey holds her place. "What do you mean again!?" she barks at him. He grabs Audrey ready to move her out of his way. Kogen quickly releases his aura flaring it in warning. Helen and the others are unable to withstand the weight of his aura quickly falling to their knees. Helen struggled to breathe but watched Audrey remain standing. "What do you mean by again!?" Audrey demands. Kogen pulls Thoren away from Audrey before standing in front of her. Thoren gritted his teeth hating the feeling of Kogens aura. "Answer her question." He states increasing his aura. "Kogen! stop!" Audrey slaps his back seeing Helen struggle. "Kogen!" she panics "Grandpa! we can trust Aunty Helen and big sis Aurora." Yyvonne starts yanking at Thoren's clothes. "Kogen! calm down!" Audrey tries to tackle Kogen. She stumbles back without much success. Audrey realizes that he is not going to back off until Thoren does. She quickly runs over to the four and spreads her aura over their bodies creating a temporary shield from Kogen's aura. The group collapses finally able to breathe their bodies gave out. Audrey frowns knowing her grandfather could be stubborn. She walks up to him and grabs his shirt pulling him down to her level. "Answer me!" she demands already tired of his secrets. He bares his teeth at her angry she would think it was safe to show them where they resided. "If you do not explain why you are so against this I will bypass you and ask the ancestor for permission!" she threatens. Thoren stops his eyes wide "You wouldn't." he grumbles "I would! I do not need your permission to speak to the ancestor." she throws him away. Thoren stumbles relaxing his aura. Audrey turns to Kogen waiting for him to stop. "What would the younger generation know." Thoren mutters. Audrey scoffs "Which is why I am asking you to tell me what I do not know!" she kicks a rock at him. He avoids the rock letting out a defeated sigh. "Alright, fine you want to know then I'll tell you what I managed to piece together." he gives in. "Kogen enough." Audrey barks at her husband. He scoffs "Do not forget what I have already warned you of old man." He warns before reapplying the spell on himself. Audrey sighs pulling her aura away from the group. "Audrey, I believe..." Helen mutters "We understand why the elder is unwilling." Aurora shouts quickly running up to the three before falling onto her palms. She presses her forehead to the dirt groveling to the elder. "You?" Audrey turns to Aurora startled when Helen does the same. "Why are you two?" Audrey turns to Thoren when he sighs "The city of Norsta." He starts. Audrey steps aside as he steps closer to the girls. "Used to be The Naga tribe's territory." He explains. Audrey's eyes grow wide shifting between her grandfather and her friends. "Used to be!!?" Audrey asks. Thoren nods "I've managed to piece together some of the old textbooks I found scattered in the cave with the map of Norsta." He explains. Audrey looks at the girls "You two... knew this?" she asks. They push their heads to the dirt "We only found out after the attack in the venue. The General told us what happened and the cruel actions our tribes took part in." Aurora stammers. "The General wanted us to come and extend his apology and hope to create a better relationship." Aurora continues. Audrey looks at her grandfather who narrowed his eyes. "So you've come to create a better relationship you say." Loki steps up. "It seems they have protected the history very well, I wonder if we can get any help from them." He offers the Idea. Thoren shakes his head "Their history is much different to ours, If you are interested in that information I will let you go and research it on your own Loki, but Audrey and I will remain on the island." he explains. Loki nods "Alright, so then we will accept the extension of goodwill." He crouches in front of Helen and Aurora. They look at him "As acting Leader of the tribe I am willing to follow my daughter's instructions." He chuckles "Such a foolish leader." Thoren huffs. "I trust Audrey, She's never led me astray." he chuckles. The girls sit down accepting the hand he extended to them. "alrighty! this is a promise to a better future!" he chuckles. Audrey looks at her friends and then at her grandfather who steps away from them. "We are so sorry for keeping this from you Audrey." Helen apologizes. Audrey nods "This information was given to you just recently, I don't fault you two for that." she mutters. She turns her eyes to the mountain. "It would be another thing if you two approached me with this information already with the hopes of tricking me." she walks over to the catwalk. She rummages through her bag and pulls out her notebook. "You seemed to have smelt something fishy." Thoren noticed the notes and drawings in her notebook. Audrey sighs "It does not matter, whatever happened, has already happened, right now our enemy is the Leviathan tribe that was actively targeting me." she mutters. He sighs "Which is why we need to search for the spell for the old barrier." He reminds her. She nods turning back to Helen and Aurora who are chatting with Loki. "Do you think we can trust them?" Thoren asks Audrey. She nods "I trust them, and I am not asking you to trust them." she closes her book "I just ask that you trust me." she murmurs. He pats her head "My you sound so cool." He mocks. Audrey frowns looking at him. "Alright, I will trust my cool Grandchild." He chuckles. Audrey sighs and walks over to the group ready to ask questions and get answers.
