An Heir!?

I'm woken by knocking on the door. My eyes feel heavy and my body has no strength left. I looked at the door wondering who was outside. 'I should not drink when my aura is hidden.' I make a mental note. I hear Kogen let out an annoyed groan before he moves his arm from my back. These rooms have A/c units so the heat of his body did not bother me. Rather I didn't want to move or let him leave. I never noticed how much I can still feel Kogen when my aura isn't hidden. These two days feel so lonely when I can't feel or see him around me. I wrap my arms around him "Ngh, don't go." I whisper wanting for him to stay with me some more. He chuckles "Are you lonely?" he asks. I pick my head up and nod "Yes, I also need a new set of legs please." I shamelessly remind him what he's done to the functionality of my body. He chuckles "Alright, how about we go on a date today?" He offers. I frown 'No it's too noisy!' I want to refuse. I wanted to stay in this room locked with him all day. "Alright," I agree knowing it would be boring to just lay in bed all day. He chuckles "Do you need some help washing up?" he asks. "Hm, nah I can walk just fine after being thoroughly fucked yesterday." I mock. He grins "Do you want me to keep fucking you today?" He offers. I feel my lower stomach heat up "Oh can you?" I tease when the knocking gets louder. "Kogen! get your lazy ass up!" I frown hearing Yuri shout. I sit up on Kogen "Shut the hell up! People are trying to sleep!" I shouted annoyed he would interrupt the bargen Kogen and I were making. "Enough with the rutting! Kogen, you can do that once you get home!" he shouts. Kogen chuckles before patting my thigh "Alright, we should get up." he gives into Yuri's demands. I look at him before deflating. "Alright." I get up shivering as his cock slips free. I sit on the bed and watch Kogen get out of bed. I move to the edge and get off the bed feeling how weak my legs felt was dangerous on a ship. Kogen grabs my arm helping me gain some balance. He helps me to the bathroom to wash up. After washing up and changing I noticed my bag was gone. "My bag!" I panic pulling out all of my things from the bigger bag. "Where is my bag!?" I look under the discarded clothes from last night. I undo the bed and feel my stomach drop when it's nowhere to be found. "We should go check with the lost and found," Kogen tells me. I nod quickly rushing out of the door. I smack face-first into Yuri who is standing a foot from the door. I look at him ready to fight but see he is holding my bag. "Looking for this?" He asks holding it out for me. I grab my bag "Oh my god! thank you so much, Yuri!" I dropped the attitude happy with my bag and by extension, my book wasn't missing anymore. "You should be more careful." He scolds I nod "Yeah! I really do need to be more careful." I agree with not giving him any attitude. "My how tame you've become." He taunts. I look at him and turn away "Just cause you found my bag I won't be as mean but don't push it." I grumble before I spot Yyvonne and Sienna. "Good morning!" Yyvonne rushes over quickly hugging me tightly. I giggle returning the morning greeting. "Morning you two." I smile at Sienna. "Are you feeling better?" she asks. "Ah, yeah I really shouldn't be drinking in the middle of the morning like that." I giggle nervously. She nods "I agree, maybe it's best if we stick to carbonated drinks." She offers a solution. "yeah! That will be for the best!" I answer. "So, what do you want to do first?" I look at Kogen. 'oh! right! our date!' I feel my stomach growl "Hm I'm hungry how about we have some food first." I decide. Kogen nods "Alright, we can get some food." He pats Yvonne's head. She steps away from me before Kogen turns me to face him. He picks me up holding me as he used to before I was used to the village and the layout. "Let's go eat." he starts walking towards the dining room. I hear Yyvonne giggle from in front of us. "hm is this why you chose a short and weak woman?" Yuri's question is abrasive. I look at Kogen who seems to think before nodding. I cackle at his agreement before tucking my nose behind his ear. "Mmm If you find me short I don't mind taking a few more inches from you." I whisper before kissing his neck. He chuckles "Don't worry I can give you as many as you want." he relents. I giggle enjoying this closeness feeling him so close to me made up for how lonely not having his aura felt. As we walked to the dining room my ears picked up the whispers of the people around us. Some sounded envious and others sounded displeased with us. I did not care for what they said. I only wanted to hear Kogen but he wasn't very chatty this morning. I look at him wondering why he was not chatting along with Yyvonne or Yuri. "For an Algaria leader to carry somebody, they must be their spouse or an important being." I hear somebody whisper. 'Is he putting on airs for people to back off?' I look at Yuri who walks behind us with his arms crossed. Once at the dining room Kogen sat me down and let me order some food for myself. The menu seemed very fish-forward with sushi, seviche, fish soup, and seafood pasta. I tried the pasta and the seviche and didn't really like the way it was prepared. I look at the small menu of meat dishes. Steak with a side of mashed potatoes and roasted veggies, sirloin tacos with several optional toppings, and beef wellington. I didn't feel like any of these dishes at all. 'I want something else... do they have anything like Mexican cuisine?' I flip through page after page of fish, chicken, and beef but nothing seems appetizing. "Anything interests you?" I look at Kogen. I'm a little annoyed with how little I really like the options. "Can you choose a dish for me?" I ask. He nods "Alright, do you want anything in specific?" he asks. I shake my head "No, nothing pops out to me." I answer honestly. He nods "Alright, I'll pick something for you." He agrees. I watch him order for me and himself not listening to what he ordered. 'I really want some enchiladas with green salsa and rice.' I lean back on my chair feeling a bit homesick. 'I miss grandma Menudo and tamales.' I sigh "Are you alright?" Kogen asks noticing my deflated mood. "uhm, well... I really want some of my grandma's cooking back home." I answer. He tilts his head "Your grandmother's cooking?" he asks. I nod "Yeah! She made the best enchiladas, and her rice is to die for!" I explain. "Oh, that grandmother." He answered understanding who I was talking about. "I'm craving some pastel de elote and some empanadas de pina." I sigh feeling my stomach growl at the mention of empanadas. "You sound like a pregnant woman making up food." Yuri scoffs. I frown "You need to mind your fucking manners." I retort. I noticed Kogen suddenly fall deathly silent. I turned to him curious about what he was doing. His eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at me. "what?" I ask feeling a bit shy with how hard he looked at me. "The food is ready." I watch the waiter set down a steak plate with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. The waiter serves everyone else before leaving us be. I dig in stuffing my face with food too hungry to really complain about what I had. 'ugh I would kill some birria tacos with extra sauce.' Once we finished eating Kogen led me away from the group. 'Okay! we can go to the fishing deck! we can compete for how many fish we catch!' I decided. I didn't pay attention to where he was taking me. I pull out the little map the event planner had given me on the first morning of the cruise. 'oh there are some yoga classes? They have ziplining!? oh and water slides! oh, the arcade! then maybe the shopping center!' I flinch as Kogen knocks on a door. I look at him and see the medic symbol on the door. "Why are we here? Kogen, are you feeling sick?" I ask worried. The door opens and a tired-looking man looks at Kogen. "what is the emergency?" He asks. "Do you administer pregnancy tests?" Kogen asks. The man nods "Sure come in." he answers letting us in. 'Pregnancy? test?' I look at Kogen as the man hands him a box. "This is the best we have." he states. Kogen hands me the boxed pee stick pregnancy test. "Wait? why?" I ask he sighs "You can't believe Yuri's sarcastic digs!" I protest. "I have a bathroom in here for you to use." The man offers. "I don't want to risk anything if you are." his answer sounds worried. I stand up and walk to the bathroom. "Alright, but I am not pregnant." I deny. I opened the box and read the instructions before doing as it instructed. I cap the stick and walk out of the bathroom setting it on a napkin for him to see. 'We've been using the contraceptive tea, so there is no way I am.' I turn my head not wanting to look at him for accusing me of something so scary. "Alright, after fifteen minutes we will have the results. If you two would like to sit." he offers me a chair. I sit down and cross my arms ready to get an apology from him. "Oh..." The nurse whispers I peek at him as he looks at the pee stick. 'Oh?' He looks at the clock on the wall before looking back at the pee stick. Kogen suddenly falls into the chair near him. His eyes fixed on me like a deer caught in headlights. "Oh my, I guess congratulations are in order." the man states. I look at him "What? what do you mean?" I ask standing up. I walk over to the pee stick and feel my blood drain from my body. I look at the two lines on the stick as clear as fucking day. I shake my head "H..Hold on!? this is wrong!" I protest knowing that false positives are possible. "Th... there is no way." I turn to Kogen who has not moved his gaze from where I once sat. "How? we were using the contraceptive!" I ask him. He held a thousand-mile stare as if he did not exist in this plane of life. "W... we were using it.. r..right?" I ask nervously. He finally turns his gaze to me "Let's go to the room." he grabs my arm "Ah here take this with you." the man wraps the test in a plastic bag before giving it to me. Kogen seemed fixed on the room ignoring my questions as he dragged me with him. I feel increasingly scared the more he refuses to answer me. We get to the room where he sits on the bed. I feel so scared 'Me? a mom? no way!' I walk over to him "Kogen! answer me!" I put the bag on the bed "Kogen, you're scaring me!" I shout wanting answers. "How did this happen? I thought we were gonna wait? when did we miss?" I want answers, not silence. "T... the day after we argued." He mutters. His eyes lock with mine "We ran out the morning of the argument and I forgot to get some more from the clinic." He explains. "I was so lost in the panic of you leaving that I forgot to get some more." He covers his face as he tries to gather his thoughts. "w... what? but I got my period the week after!? how does that make sense?" I ask trying to understand. I feel my legs lose their strength quickly sitting on the bed next to Kogen. 'what fresh hell is this?' I look at the pregnancy test. 'Me? A MOM? ME? I can't be a mom! Not with how fucked up I am. Will I be able to love my child properly? can I handle the responsibility of being a parent?' All of these questions make my head hurt. "OH MY GOD! I DRANK ALCOHOL!" I panic knowing it could impact the child's development. I touch my stomach "Oh I fucked up."
