Part 8 Chapter 43A The Fall of Annonrial Empire

Governor Ira is currently in a bacta tank, healing from her various wounds. Governor Ira is currently unconscious. Her injuries are the most severe of the 3 people that are in the car. Because she was not wearing a seatbelt, she was thrown from her seat when her vehicle was thrown into the building by the explosion. Her vehicle's inertial compensators were unable to completely eliminate the acceleration.

Several doctors and medical droids were discussing Governor Ira's condition.

"We're lucky they were able to dig through the rubble quickly and bring the victims here.

Otherwise, I wouldn't dare report it to Moff Trevat." A doctor said.

"Relax, doctor, the important thing is that everything is taken care of now. How is Governor Ira?" the second doctor asked the medical droid.

"There was a fracture in the head which caused bleeding inside the head, also, the neck bone is cracked. We have managed to stop the bleeding and repair the blood vessels, although the blood has not been fully reabsorbed. There is still considerable trauma to the head and neck. For the body, the bones of the right arm and left leg were broken and have been connected, although the trauma still has to be treated with bacta tanks. There were 2 broken ribs in the body, one penetrating the left lung. We have successfully connected the ribs, patched the leak in the lung, and reinflated the lung. The trauma also affected a number of internal organs, but did not injure the heart. It is estimated that it will take at least 6 seasons with Bacta to heal the various traumas." The medical droid said.

"Also, due to the severe head trauma, Governor Ira is still unconscious," said the third doctor.
