Part 8 Chapter 44B Revernal Empire Device

Victory Star Destroyer 'Red Fox'.
Main bridge.

Captain Miantar was walking around the command walkway and keeping an eye on everyone who was working there. This was a fairly relaxed time for Captain Miantar, as in general the Annonrial Empire was no longer able to put up a fight. All they had to do was mop up, try to capture the Annonrial Empire's top brass, and force an unconditional surrender by the Annonrial Empire.

Suddenly a crew member on one of the sensor stations shouted, "Captain! We've got an energy anomaly reading near Magicaregia! The power is quite large!"

Captain Miantar and the XO immediately went to the crewman's sensor panel. There they saw the sensor readings showing a strange energy that was slowly increasing in intensity.

"Is the energy level able to overcome the shield system of this ship?" asked Captain Miantar.

"Not yet, captain. The energy level is still only 4% of the energy level of the shield system of the 'Red Fox'. But the energy level is increasing rapidly, at a rate of 1% every 5 minutes. We can't determine where the energy is coming from. There was no emission of radiation or particles that would normally be emitted by a nuclear reaction. The energy source is completely new and has never been encountered." said the sensor officer.

"What is it? Is this a new weapon? Or exactly a relic of the Revernal Empire?" asked the XO.

"I don't know either. Focus the sensor scan on that place. Take no chances, go to condition 1. Alert all commands," said captain Miantar.

"Yes captain." XO said.

The condition 1 alarm went off on the 'Red Fox' and after that it went off on all ships, including Admiral Luksia's ships.

"What are the sensor readings?" said captain Miantar after a few moments standing behind the sensor crew.

"It doesn't seem to be a weapon, the energy is spreading omnidirectionally," said the sensor officer.

Relief appeared on the faces of Captain Miantar and the XO.

"Then what is it?" said the XO.

"Unknown apparently. Oh yeah, is the energy source using zero-point energy?" asked captain Miantar.

"I'll correlate the readings with our satellite in orbit in a moment," said the sensor officer.

The sensor officer was busy doing his job to find out the energy source of the energy courtship.

"I've got the results, right, sir, the energy source of the device that generates energy works on the zero-point principle," said the sensor officer.

"By force, has the Revernal Empire mastered zero point tap technology?" said the XO.
