Part 8 Chapter 49B. The Fall of Gra Valkas

Star Destroyer 'Myto'.

There were already three people sitting in the meeting room. One of the young-looking people sat in the chair at the end of the table. It seemed to be Moff Trevat. Xand Pascal and Cielia were surprised at Moff Trevat's appearance. He was only wearing simple clothes and looked very young. How could such a young person be a leader? But they also remembered that they would be asking the young Gra Cabal to replace Emperor Gralux.

The people sitting there immediately got up from their seats and approached the two representatives of Gra Valkas. Apparently, Moff Trevat immediately greeted the two representatives. Cielia found it strange that only Moff Trevat greeted them and invited them to sit down.

After they were all seated, one of the officers introduced both parties and then handed over the talk to Trevat.

Both the Myto side and the Gra Valkas side were somewhat taken aback by Trevat's polite greeting. On Myto's side, they saw how angry Trevat was with Gra Valkas before, how could he be this nice? Whereas on Gra Valkas' side, they assumed at the opening they would immediately be asked to surrender unconditionally.

"We want to know your plans for Gra Valkas after we surrender unconditionally." Cielia said.

"Are you sure you want to surrender to us?" asked Trevat half mockingly.

"What are our options other than that?" The Mu Empire is currently conducting a ground invasion to seize control of our territory. If we don't surrender, then in the future there will be no more Gra Valkas nation. Or do you want that?" asked Cielia.

Trevat closed his eyes in response to the question.

"You want an honest answer?" asked Trevat.

Both Cielia and Pascal exchanged glances in response to that question. It seemed that Trevat really wanted the destruction of Gra Valkas.

"Yes, sir. We want your honesty." Xand Pascal said.

"Initially, my goal is to completely destroy Gra Valkas and prevent it from becoming a superpower country. My plan was to limit Gra Valkas' technology to only the 3rd civilization. But someone reminded me about the fate of the people of Gra Valkas. Therefore, I am open to other options." Trevat said.

The two people from Gra Valkas exhaled their breaths, which they unintentionally held to wait for Trevat's answer.

"I would like to inquire, as this is the purpose for which I came here to fight. Who and why did you bomb Esthirant?" Trevat continued.
