Justin is up top
~~~~~~~
Chemistry, history and math went by pretty quick, making me excited because art is next.
Art is probably my favorite pass time. Well that and reading. It's just so relaxing and calming. I let a small smile wash over my face at the thought of my favorite things as I walk outside and down the pathway to the art building. As I walk I take in my surroundings since I haven't been here in over three months. The trees were filled with bright green leaves while birds flew from tree to tree. Even though it's such a cliche thing, it's actually really pretty to draw.
As I continue to walk to the art building I feel the presence of someone beside me, making me hold my breath. I turn to look and it was a boy, who was in year twelve. He had brown hair and hazel eyes that were laced with confusion."You're Lillian right?"
That's a first. Someone knows my name without asking me what my name is.
I nod my head and the confusion in his eyes disappears, being replace with relief. He let out a small chuckle before sighing out of relief.
"Okay good. I don't have the risk of getting slap for getting someone's name wrong. I'm Justin." He states with a smile. I send him a small one back and turn to look to see how close we were to the art building.
"Oh yea. The reason why I'm bothering you is because I saw you earlier and you dropped this. That's how I knew your name. Don't want you to think I'm some sort of stalker." He said with another chuckle and smile.
He passes me my art notebook as I feel my heart drop. I push my glasses up and off the bridge of my nose as I take the notebook out of his hands."Thank you so much. I didn't know I dropped it."
He seems to be shocked that I spoke, but he sends me another smile and look down at his watch.
"It's not a problem, but I have to get to the other side of campus for gym and I have two minutes so I'll see you around." He states.
Before I can reply he was already running back down the walkway, bumping into people and people sending him evil glares. I shake my head and open the heavy door to the art building. I let out a small sigh and enter the building as the cool air hit my face. I quickly enter the room for advance art and sit in the back as always. I place my art notebook down on my table and look at the few students that were already in here. There were a couple of year elevens in here just doodling away and then I saw a few year twelves chatting about nothing in particular.
Sighing I sit forward in my chair, placing my elbows on the table and my head in my hands. I sit like this for a minute before the tardy bell rings making me groan internally and remove my head from my hands. I look up and lock my eyes on the door as it opens and revealing a dark haired boy with tan skin and tattoos running up his arm.I froze.
Literally.
Dear God
Why now?
I've been avoiding these boys for the last three years and they even know that.
Calum Hood stands in the doorway with his bag slung over his right shoulder.
"Mr.Hood, I hope you know that the tardy bell has already rung, but since it's the first day of school I'll let it slide. Now hurry up and take a seat." Mrs. Smith states as she turns around and starts getting out different supplies.
I heard a few girls let begin to chat to try and get Calum's attention so he could sit by them, but he continues to scan over the room missing my eyes each time. I feel relief inside my body as he starts walking towards a table but he lets his eyes scan over the room. As soon as he makes it to the table he was walking to he stops and looks over the room one more time, my eyes still watching his every move. He misses my eyes one more time before sitting down at the table and dropping his bag onto the floor. I let out a sigh of relief as I turn back to Mrs.Smith as she was stressing trying to find different things for the lesson. It's like he was searching for someone. Someone I guess he could sit with that he knew.
