I'm so happy like when does this ever happen.

After hanging out with Luke Saturday everything has seemed to turn right. My grades are perfect, we took our senior pictures a few weeks ago so I just got mine back Sunday and they actually look well not like any other school picture. That just makes me really happy and plus having Luke, but not actually having him is pretty amazing. I know we're not dating, but it's nice to have his attention.
Also after hanging out with Luke best believe that my mom questioned me to death. She wants to say we're dating which took a lot of convincing that we weren't, but she still doesn't believe me.

*The Morning After Luke and Lillian's Date*

Walking in the kitchen, I stretch and let out a small yawn. I glance at the table and saw mom sitting there with a small smile planted on her face.

"Morning dear." She says excitedly.
I give her a weary look towards her suspicious actions before speaking to her.

"Morning mom." I tell her as I make my way to the cabinet and grab a glass. I place it on the counter and walk over to the fridge to grab the orange juice. As I'm walking to the fridge mom speaks up again.

"How was your lunch date with Luke?" She asks making me shake my head at her. I let out a small laugh before replying and opening the fridge.

"It was fun. How was yours?" I ask her.

"It was nice." She tells me as I stick my head in the fridge and grab the orange juice.

"So do you like Luke by any chance." I hear her say making jolt up to reply, only for me to forget my head was still in the fridge and it collides with the top. I quickly pull out from the fridge and turn to look at her.

"No. Why would you even say that?" I ask while rubbing the top of my head. She lets out a laugh at my reaction.

"I was just asking. Seems to me that you two have a small bit of feelings for each other." She tells me making my face heat up.

"Oh stop. We're just friends." I tell her while walking over to my glass and pouring the orange juice into my cup.

"Friends don't look at each other the way that you two look at each other." She tells me while getting up from her seat. I shake my head at her.

"Oh now you're just being silly. Luke looks at me just like he looks at everyone else." I tell her while turning back to her then taking a sip of my orange juice.

"That's what you think. If you could see you two from another point of view, your opinion would be entirely different." She says while walking over to the sink and placing her empty bowl in it. I let out a huff of air.

"Whatever you say mother dearest." I tell her while taking another sip of my drink. She laughs while turning around and leaning against the sink's countertop.

"Oh and just to make sure. You two didn't have sex the night of homecoming did you? It's just a question. It's just that you were wearing his clothes and you both look like you were glowing. Did you use protection?" She rambles a small bit making me choke on juice I was currently drinking. I quickly turn to look at her with a red face.
