The next day

Tasleem sat in the dining room, eating the last food that was left for them. She made a note to go grocery shopping. If not, she'll starve to death in this house.

She hurriedly picked the fruit in the fridge and walked to the kitchen. After a while she came out with two glasses of smoothie. It was pleasing to the eye.

Tasleem quickly stuffed a yam ball into her mouth. She checked the time, it's already seven.

She didn't want to annoy Rayyan any further, after what happened last night. She had a feeling that one day, he'll choke her to death out of anger. And there's only two of them living here, when the time comes, who would save her?

She took a big gulp from the glass cup beside her.

Rayyan headed downstairs in his suit, ready for the office as usual. He looked at Tasleem at the dining table.

Tasleem noticed him and immediately took the other smoothie and said, "Ya Rayyan, your smoothie." She held the glass tightly. And her eyes darted to look everywhere but him. She felt nervous, wondering if Rayyan was still angry, even though she didn't know what she did wrong.

He glanced at her face and then looked down at the glass cup in her hand. "I don't drink milk, I'm not three! I don't have to eat everything you tell me to." Rayyan said coldly.

Who asked her to make his share?

Tasleem didn't say anything, obviously not interested in saying another word to this man. she was least surprised by his words, she was even shocked he didn't say more. She withdrew her hand and took another big gulp.

Her quietness didn't stop Rayyan from glaring at her. She should at least eat like a woman. This is not the first time he noticed how she always stuffed food into her mouth.

Who knew that he'd be forced to get married to her, He found her far more annoying than any woman he had ever met until now.

He hissed and walked out.

Tasleem felt slightly awkward with the way he looked at her, as if she had two heads. She hurriedly picked up her bag. She had almost wasted time. She immediately walked out with her phone in hand.

Once outside,

Rayyan was already seated in the car. Seeing that Tasleem was still standing outside, he shouted coldly at her, "What are you waiting for?" His expression was as cold as ever.

Tasleem quickly opened the door and sat in the car.

His aura was very strong to begin with. Even with a smile, he made people not dare to act rashly, let alone when he often wore a cold expression. He would be really unapproachable then!

On another note, if she could remember correctly, she had never seen his smile.

Yes, never!

He said nothing more and started the car. Tasleem also felt how forced it was for him to take her to school.

"In the future, we have to go out before seven-thirty," Rayyan suddenly said.

Tasleem checked the time. It was 7:33 am.

"It's only seven thirty-three!" Tasleem muttered.

The eldest son of the Attajiri's time was measured in seconds!

Not to mention wasting a minute, not a second could be lost!

Indeed, in front of this egoistic man, not only was she worthless, but his time was even less valuable. Tasleem was already cursing in her heart.
