AHHHHH!!!" Amra screamed! She had never met anyone who had spoken to her in such a disrespectful manner before. The worst part was that, that lowly life has looked down on her and boasted that she was married to Ya Rayyan not her.

Tasleem sat at the edge of the bed, tears rolled down her cheeks. She felt hurt and disrespected by Amra's words. Although she knew she wasn't given to Rayyan as charity, no woman would appreciate being called a charity to her own husband.

Amira's eyes welled up with tears as she watched Tasleem's distress. She pursed her lips, disgust simmering within her toward Amra. Concealing her emotions, Amira sat beside Tasleem on the bed and wrapped her in a warm hug. "Are you crying?" she asked softly. "She's not worth your tears."

Amira's heart ached at the sight of Tasleem's tears, and she felt a lump form in her throat. "And you did a great job standing up to her," Amira added, attempting to lighten the mood. "Actually, that's the first time I've seen you in action."

Tasleem didn't really like to fight and felt like this wasn't something to be proud of. She stared at Amira wordlessly.

"What?" Amira asked.

"Are you comforting me? Or you're encouraging me to do more?"

Amira chuckled loudly. And replied seriously. "If you had acted like this from the beginning, that would have been great."

They both laughed.

After a while Tasleem pulled away, her eyes red. She excused herself to the bathroom.

As soon as Tasleem was out of earshot, Amira quickly grabbed her phone and dialed her brother's number. The phone rang for a while before Rayyan answered it.

"Ya Rayyan, you won't believe what just happened after you left," Amira said, her voice laced with gossip.

Rayyan's response was dismissive. "Can't this wait? I'm busy."

Amira's eyes widened in frustration. "Ya Rayyan, it's about your wife." She exclaimed, her voice rising in desperation.

The line went silent for a minute, and Amira's heart sank, thinking she'd lost the connection. She checked the call to make sure that the call was still connected.

Rayyan's deep voice came back on, "what is it, Amira?" He asked.

"Tasleem lashed out at Amra!"  Amira said.

The line went silent again, but this time, Amira could sense Rayyan's attention, his focus laser-sharp. After a beat, he spoke, his voice low and controlled. "What happened? Tell me in detail." He was surprised when he heard Amira's words. He couldn't believe Tasleem would lash out at anyone. The thought alone was shocking.

Amira narrated exactly what happened to Rayyan.

Rayyan was seated on his office chair. He has an excessive cold and distant aura. He knew Amra isn't mature for her age but he never thought it reached that level. Who gives her the right to say those awful words to his wife? Whoever disrespect his wife, disrespect him. He would put her in her place.

Knock knock.

"Come in." A cold voice from the inside.

A dark skinned man pushed the door open and entered with his laptop bag.

"Did you find anything?" A cold voice swept inside the room. It was the man he talked with earlier.

"Yes. I've sent the report to you." He took out a white envelope from his bag and continued. "We got some pictures as well."
