Chapter 78: Pregnant

If an outsider came in at this time and saw them, they would definitely leave silently, because there was no room for a third person between them. It was the kind of feeling that even a mosquito could not be accommodated, that no one could step in.

Tasleem stayed at the office till evening. 

When Rayyan was done with the last document, they both went out.

Sa'eed happened to pass by and saw Zarina with her assistant again, shamelessly. He glared at the both of them and said, "Why are you here again? Our company has nothing to discuss with you, please leave."

Zarina fakes a smile, "We are here for CEO Rayyan, please..." She didn't finish her words when she saw Rayyan coming out with a woman beside him. 

Tasleem looked down at her phone and smiled. Rayyan curiously peeked at the screen. She chuckled and gently pushed his face away. “What are you doing?” she asked.

His face softened with affection. “I just want to see what’s making you smile,” he said. He took her hand, lifted it to his lips, and kissed it.

Tasleem’s face flushed. She tried to pull her hand away but couldn’t, and she whispered, “Stop, people are watching.”

Zarina froze like a cast. When she saw Rayyan's action and doting voice, she felt like her face had been slapped and swollen. 

Rayyan treated her like air and they walked right past her. He did not even glance at her once.

The Rayyan she knew when she was young was insufferably arrogant and indifferent to everyone, but she liked and followed him around.

Rayyan could not be bothered with her. There were many times when he found her troublesome and pushed her down to chase her away, but she would always cry. After she was done crying, she would continue to follow him.

The last time she saw Rayyan was during her high school break. At that time, her family wanted her to study abroad. She was afraid that if she did not confess now, she would not have the time in the future.

Hence, she kept waiting. When Rayyan finally went to his grandma's house, she could not wait to confess. 

She wrote a letter and handed it to him in person, saying, 'I like you. I've liked you for many years.'

However, Rayyan looked impatient and said, 'Stay away from me.' he threw away the confession letter that she had spent a week writing, stepped on it, and left.

At that time Rayyan loved cars the most. All he could think about was how to drive faster, and faster.

Zarina went back and was sad for a long time, but she was not discouraged. She felt that it might be because she was not beautiful or outstanding enough that Rayyan did not like her.

That was why she went overseas and worked hard to obtain her education. When she learned that Rayyan had taken over RH Corporation and was involved in the business world, she put in all her effort to study a master's degree in economics. 

She felt that she was very outstanding. There were not many people who could achieve such results at her age. She was fully qualified to stand side by side with Rayyan, but she did not expect him to be married!

She had thought that he had not changed much from when he was young, that he was still that arrogant, noble and insufferably arrogant Prince. But she didn't expect that he would actually lower himself and treated a woman so preciously like that. 

Sa'eed saw Zarina was still in a daze and sneered. "You don't have to come here again, do you?" He asked.

Sa'eed voice finally brought her back to her senses. She turned around stiffly. "CEO Rayyan." She called.
