I made a quick idea for what I wanted Xerean's old city to look like; it isn't ENTIRELY how I wanted it to look, but it's probably gonna be a good reference point. Anyway have fun with this, and imagine it's all crystalificated lol

So imma start with the big stuff on the ceiling. That's basically like, a palace, where the important people of the city would go, where ceremonies(and executions) were performed, and just sorta like town hall or whatever. Some Chaos Witches lived there, too.
Now, circling around this set of stalactites is massive cliffs with crude and poorly drawn attempts at weird homes and structures and stuff, where the rest of them all lived. In the space below the cliffs there is more city, but I'm lazy and it's covered by mist and fog and stuff so we don't see it.
All around the outskirts of the city(it's basically like a cavern the size of an enormous city) there's portals, like the one Xerean has eternally open. The other ones are closed off, but the one she used is a tunnel to and from the city, and that's the most common way Chaos Witches left their home.
And now, the massive unidentified blob on the left. That's the massive group of people who first got set into the Crystal while Xerean escaped, which is why there's a badly drawn massive hand at the top of it. There's other Chaos Witches throughout the place, but there's a huge pile over there.
