This is X. She's a Disassembly Drone gone rogue, and got attacked by some other ones sent after her. Her regeneration abilities were damaged in the battle, so she only fixes up to a certain point. Her tail is always cracked so she always tries to clean it, getting the liquid everywhere, and she's kinda bipolar. Overall she's a bundle of insanity and chaos, but she doesn't always want to kill the worker drones.
