First things first, I couldn't figure out how to NOT make it sideways, I did try. Also ignore all the writing, I've got bad handwriting.
Now.
This is Kaminari, as a dragon. He's a Sky dragon, with a big wingspan that allows him to create massive gusts of wind, scales that can hold electricity, and a roar like a thunderclap. His horns, although they don't look it, are bumpy, and act as lightning rods, while the white fur on his back and tail can conduct static electricity. I was unable to draw a beam of lightning, but for comparison, he basically does what King Ghidorah does in Godzilla: King Of The Monsters.

I found this REALLY cool drawing of Dragon Deku and went like "yeah imma draw that now"

I had been trying to find an idea for him in the MHA fantasy AU, like with Kaminari, and this was what came of it.
Essentially, the sword he has is actually the embodiment of One For All, so he can use the magics and abilities of its past wielders. One of whom just so happened to be a dragon. I like to imagine his fur is smooth like a puppy's, and when he gets surprised, the fur on his tail will spike up. He's also like one and two thirds of a person's average height tall. In the belt (I suppose it's a collar now) around his neck, they'd store things like maps, food, money, and other small objects. Unfortunately, he cannot fly.
