A drug, or a sort of serum, that when injected into the body, causes some type of reaction in the brain that overloads all other senses and rational thought with anger and a need to kill. This is an aggressive stimulus to the parts of the brain that react in response to fear, anger, pain, and the fight choice of the fight or flight instinct, sometimes even causing hallucinations for the recipient that trigger their violent outbursts. This drug is not perfected, the subjects(typically monsters or animals) tend to snap almost instantly and quite commonly lead to the death of any involved, but there is work being done to make certain individuals exempt from this killing spree and perhaps even allow them to select specific targets to send them after. This drug is a great danger as it is now, and it leaves the person confused and pained of what they have done under its effects once it has ended, even making them weakened and exhausted, dizzy and disoriented.
