Okay, so, I say hand-drawn, but I also technically copied it from the original picture. I haven't drawn with a reference to copy in a while, usually small sketches to pass time, but I figured I'd go back to my roots. We ended up with this.

Maybe it's not an exactly identical match(the hair could be better, eyes a little different, head position, and I definitely didn't match the flowers lol), but I don't think my art ever truly has, and for a first time try in months, I think I did pretty good.
