'Nya's POV'

The week passes quickly and, soon we're off to the institute. Each of the five guys are wearing black dress pants and a white coat, a lot like the ones that the scientists wear. I'm in a black skirt and a shorter white coat, with my communication bracelet, just incase something goes wrong.

We walk into the big building, Cole hands the man at the front our invitation as we do. Another man leads us down a few hallways before opening the doors to a gigantic stadium. We find seats in the front row of the baseball-like stadium. It looks like a clear force field is covering the top of the stadium.

I look around; half of the stadium is full of scientists, and the other half is full of... Mutants... A big cage wall is placed between the mutants and the scientists.

'Silver's POV'

All of the experiments are watching me fight my next generation prototype. All except the young experiments, that includes Julia. I don't know why the scientists let the older experiments out of their cages for this.

They dressed me in tight black pants and a black tank top for this. I don't even know why, I'm just glad to be out of my hospital gown for a while.

I stand behind a closed cage door under the seats of the stadium. I can see my prototype from here, but I can't see it clearly.

The crowd roars as my cage door opens, along with my prototype's. We walk out and I get my first good look at him; he's a werwolf... He isn't even the same type of mutant as me... How is he my next generation prototype?...

He looks strong, not easy to attack. He has long claws. When I lift my eyes to look at his face, he smirks at me.

"Welcome everyone," Vanessa's voice booms "today, we will be seeing if an old experiment can beat her new, and improved next generation prototype." The crowd cheers again.

Two boxes are placed in the centre of the stadium floor

"First test: strength." She doesn't say anything else and the next generation is already running towards the box.

I rush to mine and try to pick it up. My hand has barley touched the box by the time he's holding his over his head. I take my hand off of the box and stand straight, this is going to be harder then I thought.

"And our winner is, the next generation prototype, Lucifer!" Vanessa exclaims. They gave him a name...? For some reason, that surprises me, the rest of us named ourselves, or were named by other experiments.

I'm snapped out of my thoughts by a strong hand placing itself on my shoulder

"You should just give up now, you can't beat me." He looks down to me confidently. It's only now that I notice how tall he is. I am definitely not short, and he's quite a bit taller then I am.

"In your dreams, Lucifer." I shake his hand off and cross my arms as the white coats set up an obstacle course.

We each climb onto a pedestal and look at the course

"Next test: agility. You must complete the obstacle course. Go!" She demands

I dive into the water at the bottom of my pedestal and swim to the giant rock wall. After climbing the rock wall there are a bunch of metal beams stuck into the ground, then the end of the course. I see Lucifer hopping from beam to beam. I smile as I flap my wings out and fly across the beams, landing on the ending platform just before Lucifer

I smirk at him

"And the winner is, Lucifer!" Vanessa shouts

He smirks at me
