'Silver's POV'
They throw us into a white room, a window covering one wall, and leading to another room, just like all of the other observation rooms.
I walk up to the wall with the window and peer inside, straining my eyes to see anything in the dark room
Suddenly, a bright light is flicked on, forcing me to squeeze my eyes shut and take a step back.
When I open my eyes again, I see Julia, but her hands are chained above her head so her feet don't touch the ground
"Julia!" I pound against the glass with my fists
"What's going on?" Khaos asks in a quiet voice, making his way to my side
Vanessa walks into the room with a normal-looking, black briefcase. I'm not fooled though, there's no way that's a normal briefcase
"Silver, I want you to know that what I'm about to do to this poor girl, it's your fault." Vanessa's speaks though a speaker that's connected between the two rooms
Julia continues to cry as Vanessa sets the briefcase on the floor, then opens it. I get a look inside and see knives of various sizes.
"What's she going to-" I cut Khaos off with a scream
"No!!" If I can hear her, surely she can hear me
"Silver!" I hear Julia's panicked cries as Vanessa picks a small knife out of the briefcase
"Please, no!!" Julia tries to wriggle around, but Vanessa takes a tight grip on her chin, plunging the blade deep into Julia's right eye, taking great pleasure in twisting it around
Julia's screams are ten times louder over the speaker, and one hundred times louder in my ears
"Vanessa, stop!" Khaos bangs on the glass beside me.
Vanessa doesn't look at us. She slowly pulls the knife out of Julia's furiously bleeding eye. Blood pours out of her right eye, tears streaming from her left
Tears fall from my eyes, as I pound hopelessly against the glass
The next knife Vanessa picks up is larger, like the knife you would use to carve a turkey.
Vanessa presses the tip into the left side of Julia's stomach, pushing it in ever so slowly. Once it's all the way in, she pulls it back so only a quarter of the blade is in Julia's stomach, and drags it left, slashing half of her stomach.
Julia coughs up blood
"Stop it!!" She's going to die... She's going to die!
I back up to the opposite wall, run and slam my body into the glass, creating nothing more than a noise
"Khaos, please, help me!" He must see the desperation in my eyes, because he backs up with me and we both run into the glass this time
"Let her go!! Let me in!" I scream, hitting my fists against the glass as hard as I can.
I look into Julia's right eye, she's bawling, struggling to stay conscious. I see her whisper two words
"Silver... Goodbye..."
"No! This isn't goodbye!! Julia, don't close your eyes!! Julia!" Tears stream down my cheeks like never before and I pound against the glass harder than I thought possible
"This is your fault, Silver!" Vanessa rushes out of the room with her briefcase as the glass wall slowly begins to lower...
