TODAY IS FINALLY THE DAY!!! IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY TODAY AGHHHHHHH! AND THE REASON WHY YOU'RE SO EXCITED IS BECAUSE TSUKISHIMA PLANNED OUT THE ENTIRE DAY FOR YOU! THIS IS SO RARE.

"AGHHHHHH IM SO EXCITED!" You screamed into your pillow. You got way too excited, you even began rolling around your bed. Okay! You put on your game face and went to get your outfit for today. All right, after that you looked for some comfy shoes. ALL RIGHT!!! YOU'RR SO READY FOR TODAY.

You went to the bathroom to brush your teeth. As you were cleaning them, you got a phone call from Tsukishima. You spit into the sink and picked up your phone.

"Hello~" You happily said into the phone.

"___, your parents let me in your house. I assume you weren't ready yet so I decided to not go to your room." Tsukishima said to you, making you drop your toothbrush.

"W-what? Really?! Okay I'll finish up right now!!" You hung up and finished brushing your teeth. You quickly fixed your hair and when to the living room, because like, people are usually there.

Tsukishima noticed you first and bowed down to your parents.

"Thank you." You heard him say to your parents. He walked up to you and put his hands in his pocket.

"Ready to go?" He asked you. You nodded frantically and said goodbye to your parents. But...why did your mom look like she was crying??

You decided to ignore it for now, because you've been waiting for this day for a while. You giggled to yourself which made Tsukishima look at you.

"What's up with you?" He asked, cocking his eyebrow.

"Hm? Nothing, I'm just so happy!" You smiled with blushed cheeks.

"It's cold right now, are you okay?" He asked, looking at you.

"Yeah! I'm not even chilly or anything."

Truth was, that you were actually kind cold right now, but you didn't want to tell him. WHY IS IT EVEN COLD RIGHT NOW?! Your hands were absolutely freezing at the moment. But, he would probably tease you and make you go back to the house to get a some gloves. However, Tsukishima wasn't buying it. He chuckled and grabbed your hand, putting it into his pocket.

"Yeah sure~" He cooed. You blushed at his actions and how warm his hand was. After about 15 minutes of walking, you two ended up at a cute little café that was in your town. Tsukishima saw you looking inside it one time when you two were on a date, and he knew that you haven't been in there yet. So, he took you today!

You gasped once you walked into the café.

"Woah! This is really cute!" You said to him, looking around each corner of it, admiring the colors and decorations.

"C'mon, there's a table for us." He stated, pushing you towards the table he was talking about. You sat in the comfy chair and so did he. A passing waitress handed you a menu and left to tend another table. The menu was filled with so many tasty things, oh how you wished you could get everything on the menu.

"Get whatever you want, I'll pay for today." He said, resting his chin on his hand. Your eyes sparkled at his words and grinned widely. So, you got some cake, parfaits, and some drinks. You totally went all out because it's your birthday WOOOO.

Anyways, Tsukishima ordered was a cup of coffee and strawberry shortcake. Once the food and drinks came and were laid out on the table, your stomach began grumbling so loud, but who cares?!

"Thank you for the food!" You thanked before digging right in the cake.

"Mhmmmm~ this is so good!!" You exclaimed, savoring the flavor of the slice of cake. Tsukishima was eating his cake while staring at you eat, which made you self conscious.

"Is something wrong?" You asked him, with your mouth full of cake.

"___, you have some icing on your face." He chuckled, leaning over the table.

"D-do I?" You asked, trying to find the icing. Before you knew it, Tsukishima placed his hand under your chin and wiped the corner of your mouth with his thumb. He then brought his thumb to his mouth, licking the excess icing.

You blinked at his action and blushed slightly.

"T-thank you Kei-kun...."

And so, you ate all of your food and drank all of your drinks, leaving you so full you couldn't eat anymore for the rest of the day. You and Tsukishima walked out of the café hand in hand to another destination.

"Where are we going now?" You questioned him.

"To the park." He responded.

The park??

Oh that's right!!

Once you two made it to the park, you immediately sat on the familiar looking bench. He sat next to you, still holding your hand.

This park is really important you both you and Tsukishima. This was the place where he asked you out, and where you two had your first kiss. Just thinking about those two milestones in your relationship could put a huge smile on your face.

"Kei-kun, today has been fun." You said to him, resting your head on his broad yet comfortable shoulder.

"I haven't said it yet have I?" He stated, fixing his glasses.

"Said what?"

"Happy birthday ___." He said, resting his head on top of yours. You smiled, you didn't even realize that he hasn't told you happy birthday yet. You were too distracted by all the food and the time you spent with him.

"Hehe, thank you!"

"You know, you mean a lot to me,"

"I do?"

"Yeah, and in all honesty, I've been nervous about this day for a while. I even asked for your parents permission today. We've been together for a couple years and we just got out of high school. So, I wondering..."

He then got up from the bench and stood in front of you.

"I was wondering if you wanted to be with me...for the rest of your life." He got on one knee and opened a box in his hand, revealing a ring.

"___, will you marry me?"
