Nishinoya x Reader

Nishinoya is so popular, I mean why wouldn't he? HE'S A FREAKING CINNAMON ROLL! OKAY LET'S DO THIS!!

You were sitting in class really really bored. You rested your chin on the palm of your hand, using your elbow for support.

'This class is so boring.' You sighed, not even paying attention to your teacher.

"Kageyama, please read the next question." The teacher spoke. Kageyama began reading the question in English, and yes, you were one of those friends who try to make them laugh when they get called on. You turned your head around to see Kageyama, noticing that he struggling with the pronunciation of a word.

You began laughing to yourself and started making funny faces at him. He was aware of your actions, and began getting annoyed. You tried so hard to hold in your laughter, until you saw Nishinoya walk in front of the classroom window (the one that leads to the hall). He froze once he saw you, then he immediately started jumping up, waving hi.

Everyone in the classroom noticed and bursts into laughter.

"Nishinoya! Go back to class!!!!" Your teacher screamed, making Nishinoya run away. Kageyama gave up with the question and just sat back down.

"Why did you giv-"

"Because it was too hard to say!" Kageyama responded, pouting.

~After class~

"I wonder why Nishinoya-senpai was walking in the hall during class." You wondered with Kageyama, heading out the door.

"He probably had to go pee or something."

"That's true. Hey, do you wa-"

"___-chan!!! Kageyama!!" You heard Nishinoya call out. You faved towards where you heard his voice, watching him run towards you and Kageyama.

"Hello Nishinoya-senpai!" You greeted with a smile on your face.

"Don't we have practice today?" Kageyama asked to Nishinoya.

"Nope!! They gave us the day off today! Hey hey __-chan! Let's hang out together today!" Nishinoya proposed with sparkles in his eyes, getting closer to you. You cocked your eyebrow in confusion, wondering why he would want to hang out with you.

You were reluctant to say yes, until Kageyama pushed you to do it.

"Yeah ___, you should go. I'll have to practice with the dumbass anyway." He scoffed, referring to Hinata.

"Oh, okay... Then let's hang out Senpai!" You responded to Nishinoya.

He smiled widely and started jumping around. "WOO! Okay let's get ice cream!!" He screamed with excitement, pulling you along.

"Bye Kageyama-kun!!" You waved at Kageyama who was kind of disappointed that he wasn't able to get ice cream. You laughed nervously, and then you noticed that Nishinoya was holding your hand. You instantly blushed, but kept letting him pull you until you two reached the ice cream shop.

"This was a good idea Senpai! Especially since it's hot outside!" You exclaimed, enjoying the air conditioning from the ice cream shop.

He laughed softly, taking out his money. "Hehe, this one is on me!!! Get anything you want!" He told you.

You gasped, because you could get anything you wanted.

'But wait, I can't get anything too expensive.'

You looked at all the flavors that they had present, and the choice of which one to get was impossible.

"Aghhh! I'm so indecisive! You go first Nishinoya-Senpai!" You said, thinking way too hard for what kind of ice cream you should get. You looked at him to see what he got, AND HE FREAKING GOT A HUGE SUNDAE!

You were mesmerized by how beautiful the sundae looked.

"Hmm? Oh! Do you want one of these ___-chan? Or do you want to share?" He asked with a smile on his face.

'Oh my goodness now what...'

You were struggling to figure out what you want, but then you just decided to share with him so he could save money.

"U-uh I'll share with y-you!" You stuttered, grabbing a spoon.

He continued to smile and walked to a vacant table. You both sat down, Nishinoya placing the sundae in the middle of the table.

"Thank you for the food!"

After that, you two immediately dug into the sundae.

"No way! There's marshmallows at the bottom!!!" You proclaimed, grabbing Nishinoya's attention.

"OHHHH!!!!" He yelled, trying to get a marshmallow.

The two of you finished the sundae in under 10 minutes, and it was soooooo delicious. You giggled, "Senpai, you have ice cream on the corner of your mouth." You said, handing him a napkin.

He got slightly blushies and wiped it off once you have him the napkin.

"Thank you so much, I'll pay you back right now!" You said, digging into your bag for your wallet.

"No no you don't have to pay me back." He insisted, but then he suddenly looked down. "Hey ___-chan, can I ask you something?"

You nodded your head, smiling.

"W-well uh... Do you want to go out on a date?" He asked, mumbling a little. You widened your eyes, your heart starting to beat faster than usual. You had a slight crush on him when you saw him practicing while you were waiting for Kageyama, but you decided to give up on those feelings, because you believed your feelings won't be returned.

You looked down to your hands, which were now shaking, not knowing whether if was from happiness or nervousness.

Then you finally gave him an answer.

"Y-yes." You replied, completely flustered. His face quickly lit up, a huge beam appearing on his face.

"Really?!" He asked with elation.

You looked at him and nodded yes, putting your hands on the table once you calmed down. He then grabbed your hands as fast as he could, "I'll be a good boyfriend! I promise!"
