*Scar POV*
"Ah!" Jay cried as we plopped down on the ground. I quickly got up, observing our surroundings.
"What... wait... WE'RE IN PRIME EMPIRE!" Jay exclaimed. I covered my ears at the loud noise.
Everyone began staring at us. IDIOT.
"You there!" A sudden Red Visor yelled. Shit, let's go.
I pulled Jay by his hood into an alleyway, using the crowd as cover.
Once it was just us Jay began yapping again.
"What the heck!? Are we in the game?! What was that thin-" I cut Jay off.
"Shut up before the red guy comes back!" I whisper/shouted. Jay covered his mouth with one hand.
"Look, it seems were actually in Prime Empire. I'm guessing it won't be long before the others are also here. For now, we need a place to go because those red thingies seem to not like us" I instructed. Jay nodded.
"Yeah! It's just us two for now and your boyfriend would kill me if we split up and you got hurt" Jay joked. I laughed.
SL: He's not lying
"So, any ideas on what to do?" Jay questioned.
"We are three days away from the next Speedway Five-Billion: the fastest and furious race in the world." We heard an announcer say in the background. Perfect timing.
Me and Jay exchanged a glance.
"Should we go?" Jay asked.
"I mean I ride my bike all the time so let's do it. Maybe we'll find out more about Prime Empire" I agreed.
We ran towards the noise, dodging some Red Visors on the way.
"Sometimes it feels like we're always playing a role, like someone else is pushing the buttons. Well, I'm tired of that. When I win, it'll be something I did." I heard Racer 7 say as we got closer.
