*Scar POV*
We walked towards the Cliffs of Hysteria. Okino followed behind, dragging his sword on the ground. Yet my mind was in a different realm (world).
Okino reaction to finding out he was part of the game felt a little more personal than it should be. How would the ninja's react if I ever told them they were just part of a TV series? Would they become like Okino, sad and depressed? Or completely forget about it due to the writers.
Especially, how would Lloyd react? Would he think I was just tricking him, lying, while dating him?
Would he break up with me?
"I'm worried about Okino. He took the news pretty hard." Lloyd said from beside me. I need to take Cole's line rn. I need to get an answer from them.
"How would you react, if you found out your whole world was nothing but a simulation or tv show, and you were part of it?" I asked, my words carrying more meaning than originally intended. Lloyd sighed.
"The same I guess" Lloyd replied. The other ninja's nodded in agreement.
I'm not going to tell them the truth I think. Maybe when I leave? But if I do, they may never want to be friends again.
The more I thought about Okino and the Ninja's, the worse I felt. Have I been tricking them this whole time? Faking knowing the future and letting them get hurt, just to be around the ninjas?
"We gotta cheer him up." I heard Nya say at one point.
"Anything. Just, keep it cheerful." Lloyd replied to something Kai said. We all stopped moving, letting Okino pass us.
I glanced up, watching Okino's reaction to the Ninja's trying to 'cheer him up'
"Uh, so, Okino, what do you do around here for fun, anyway?" Jay asked him.
