*Scar POV*
The 12 of us gathered together in Scott's garage. My team, Lloyd's team, Sensei and Scott. Scott was showing us his vehicles.
"Yeah, she doesn't look like much. But trust me, she's fast." Scott encouraged. A broken car was in front. Literally destroyed. Broken glass burnt out engine, the whole 9 yards.
"Who's car is this, yours?" Cole asked.
"No. I don't race." Scott replied.
"Why not?" Kai asked.
"Look, you want it or not? This, plus the other three, plus my car, that's five vehicles. That gets you in the race. Scar's team already has their own 5 that me, Skylor, Len and Ronin have been building for the past while." Scott informed. Skylor and Ronin highfived while Sensei nodded. Misty and Nelson aren't big on building vehicles, so they would have just stayed out of it.
"Nah, I don't know. This needs a lot of work. You think we can fix it up in time?" Jaya asked.
"New engine, transmission, brakes, shocks, wheels, timing belt, windshield..." Nya listed.
"Yeah, it's in bad shape, but it's the best I got." Scott argued.
"Plus we'll help you out, right guys?" Skylor asked. Ronin rolled his eyes but nodded, Nelson and Misty shrugged, And Sensei Len... well he just nodded.
"She did pretty well, until the last race." Scott continued on.
"What happened in the last race?" Lloyd inquired.
"Driver got cubed, made a reckless move. Wanna know why I don't drive? That's why. I've only got one life left, and I value it. I'm not risking it for anything or anyone." Scott informed.
"Some things are worth fighting for, Scott." I said softly.
"Yeah!" Nelson agreed.
"Yeah, yeah. You guys can be heroes if you want, not me." Scott left the room.
