*Scar POV*
"I'm Scar" I introduced, stepping towards Okino.
"And I'm Lloyd." Lloyd added, following me.
"What's your name?" I inquired.
"I... am Okino." Okino answered.
"Nice to meet you, Okino. That's Cole, Kai, Nya, and Jay." I introduced, gesturing to each of the Ninja.
"I am honored. Allow me humbly to pledge my service." Okino bowed, offering us his sword.
"Oh, gee, that's really not-" Nya began.
"I, Okino, samurai, pledge to serve you, and do all in my power to protect you and guide you to the Key-Tana." Okino pledged, bowing on one knee.
"Thanks, Okino. That's-" Lloyd began.
"Just out of curiosity, when you said you failed all your previous masters, how many are we talking here? Two? Three?" Kai questioned.
"Kai..." Nya whispered
"What? I can ask that, can't I?" Kai defended.
"Kai no" I said with a facepalm. Okino sighed and gestured to the large number of swords on the ground. There was probably over 200.
"Oh... Yeah..." Jay mumbled.
"Okay, so a few. But this time will be different. Right, Okino?" Lloyd asked.
"Yes, I swear it." Okino replied.
"Lead on, Okino. We trust you." I instructed. Okino picked up his sword.
"This way. Into the Forest of Discontent. And then beyond, past the Cliffs of Hysteria. And finally, the Maze of the Red Dragon." Okino informed.
We headed into the Forest of Discontent.
"Forest of Discontent? Why do they call it that?" Kai questioned as we came to a stop. Spikes randomly started shooting out of some nearby bushes. Okino blocked them with his sword.
