Jayson attempts to cradle his daughter. She stops crying. For two seconds. Then starts wailing louder.

He follows her instructions. The baby nuzzles into his shirt, sighs, and—finally—goes quiet.
Jayson nearly bursts into tears.
“Okay. Okay. I can do this. I’m okay. I’m okay—OH MY GOD SHE’S PEEING ON ME!”

He manages to fumble through the change—backwards diaper, too much powder, one wipe stuck to his shirt—but eventually, the baby is clean, dry, and back to sleep.
Jayson collapses next to the crib, looking like he aged ten years in one night.

“But somehow, despite all the screaming, the confusion, the near emotional collapse…he did it.”
She pans the camera to Jayson, asleep in the rocking chair, baby in his arms, both of them finally at peace.
