"Josh, could you stop fucking with your computer for a second and answer the question?"

"Alice, shut up! I'm busy."

"To busy to talk to your sister?" Alice sighed, shifting her legs so that they were crossed.

"Fuck off, Alice." Josh rolled his eyes.

"Josh! All I want you to do is answer my damn question!"

"I'm not going to fucking tell you if I'm pissed off at you, you should be able to tell already!"

"Why are you mad?" Alice was beyond confused. Josh's mood had gone from zero to one hundred real quick.

"Because you made me mad."

"Just by siting here?"

"Just by sitting there."

"Your so fucking difficult." Alice ran frustrated fingers through her already combed hair.

"I'm difficult?" Josh pointed at himself.

"Can you hear? That's what I said." Alice was beyond pissed at this point. She hadn't been, but something about Josh's attitude changed her.

"You're a waste of time." Josh spat.

Alice didn't really have much of a heart left, but whatever she had left, shattered right there.

"Fine, then-then I'll j-just leave. If that ma-makes you happy." She stumbled over words, trying to comprehend the situation.

"No, Alice I-"

"Maybe that's why you left me. M-maybe it's because I'm a waste of time. Maybe that's why everyone leaves me." Alice swallowed, standing up.

"Ali, no don't-"

"No, Josh. The damage is done. I see I'm not wanted here anymore... I'll just leave." Alice walked over to the door and placed a hand on the handle. She took a deep breath before turning the knob and leaving the room.

"Alice!" Josh called after her, but she didn't stop.

Josh had said, loud and clear that she was a waste of time. There was no point in her staying if that's what he wanted.

She walked over to Vik's room, knocking before she entered. She didn't say a word to Vik. She just picked up his sweatshirt and left. Walked right out of the front door and onto the street. She was going to find Ethan, and she had a pretty good idea of where he lived.

Alice walked so far that her feet began to hurt. If she'd been smart, and called a taxi, she wouldn't have this problem.

Eventually, she made it to Ethan's flat.

She knocked on the door, but no one answered. She figured she would have to text him.

Alice;
Ethan, open the door? xx

Ethan;
That was you?

Alice;
It still is me.

Ethan;
Right. I'll be right out.

Just then the door unlocked and opened. Ethan was stood there, wearing typical Ethan clothes.

"Hi Alice! What brings you out this way?"

"Josh brings me out this way."

"What happened?" Ethan must have seen the hurt in her eyes, because her tone definitely didn't give it away.

"Josh called me a waste of time and continued to yell at me. He broke my heart... Again." Alice felt a tear roll down her cheek.

"Awe, Alice! What about Vik? What did he say when you left?"

"Nothing. He didn't even look at me as I left. I'm kinda banking on the idea that he couldn't hear me or thought I was just cold."

"Probably. Knowing Vik, he would have stopped you right away. He loves you." Ethan smiled.

"Do you mind if I chill here for tonight? I plan on heading back tomorrow, if anyone there shows signs of wanting me back." Alice rolled her eyes. She knew Simon or Vik were going to want her to come back.

"Sure, anything to help the young Zerkaa."

"Watch it, Ethan. I'm older than you." She laughed.

"Sorry, Alice." Ethan apologized, walking down the hallway. Alice followed close behind.

"This is the first time I've been in your flat, you know." Alice commented, looking around. It looked exactly like Tobi and Harry's flats, so she kinda knew where and what everything was.

"Well, welcome then!" Ethan smiled, sitting down at the table, taking off his shoes.

"Thanks..."

"Make yourself comfortable." Ethan gestured to the other side of the couch, so Alice sat down.

A silence had fallen between the two because Ethan had pulled out his phone. Alice decided to break the silence, "D-Do you think Josh will ever... want me to come back?"

"I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be angry if you went back right now..." Ethan explained.

"True, but I'm not. Either way I wanna spend more time with you. You're rarely around the house!"

"I'd prefer not to bother them as much as I used to... Simon would get pretty angry."

"Why?"

"I don't know, typical Simon things..." Ethan giggled.

"Typical Simon, more like."

"True."

"I like you, Ethan. You're funny." Alice admitted.

"Thank you, Alice. Most of the time I just get hate for being me, so that means a lot."

"I don't understand that... You're wonderful, and you always have been."

"I don't understand either, people think what they want to. I don't let it bother me anymore. I like who I am, and so do my friends. There is really no reason for me to change." Ethan explained, typing something out on his phone.

Alice got a notification.

Ethan @behzinga;
Chilling with @alice_zerkaa, she's amazing.

"Thanks Ethan." Alice glanced down and then back up, not even fully reading the tweet.

"It's true, though. You are super positive and shit."

"And shit..."

"No, I didn't mean it like that!" Ethan giggled, looking back down at his phone.

Alice looked at hers, she hasn't noticed the five messages that had appeared earlier.

Vik;
Babe? Where'd you go?

Vik;
Come home???<3

Josh;
Alice, I'm sorry...

Vik;
Something happen between you and Josh?

Josh;
I'm so so so sorry. I love you, I'd never be mad at you like that...

She chose to ignore Josh's messages, just the look of his messages made her sick. She texted Vik instead.

Alice;
I'm @ Ethan's. Don't come for me, I'll be home tomorrow.

Vik;
Why? Are you alright?

Alice;
I'm fine...
