Sleep, that's all Alice wanted to do after a long day of traveling the day before. But no, they had to get up early for Pax.
"I'm about to kill someone right now." Alice took a deep breath as she stood next to Ethan in the lobby of the hotel. They were waiting for Tobi and JJ.
"Woah, Alice, calm down." Ethan laughed.
"When someone says, 'be ready by nine' that doesn't mean, 'take your fucking time'." Alice was furious with the two older boys. Josh had told them all to be up and ready to go to Pax by nine, but clearly, JJ and Tobi didn't understand the rules.
"Jesus. Remind me never to get on her bad side." Ethan murmured.
"I'm not mad, I-I'm just a little angry."
"That's the same thing!" Simon joined.
"Whatever! I'm tired and upset okay?! Fuck off."
"What? On your period or something?" Simon looked angry.
"No, why does every-time a woman gets angry have to be about her period?" Alice was pissed off beyond belief.
"I was just kidding." Simon shied away from her, sitting down against the wall.
"Whatever." Alice relaxed against the chair.
"Hey, Alice." Josh crouched next to the chair, "Why are you upset?"
"I just remembered about all the people who will be there today... You know, I have social anxiety." Alice sighed.
"Yeah, I know. Just stick by me and Vik and you should be okay. I love you Alice." Josh stood back up before she could respond.
"I love you too." She whispered to herself.
Alice tried to calm down. Her mood swings were really getting the best of her lately, and it wasn't fair to the boys. She really shouldn't have flipped out on Simon, but he was challenging her and making the situation worse. Then again, that's probably just the boy in him. It was okay, Alice wasn't mad at him.
"Hey, sorry we're late." Tobi apologized as they walked up to the group.
"No problem, lets get going then, before Alice throws another fit." Simon eyed Alice down.
"Oi, I didn't come here to get in fights. Truce?"
"Truce." Simon responded as he high fived her.
"Come on then!" Josh waved them all out of the hotel.
Josh, Vik, Alice, and Simon all climbed into one taxi while JJ, Tobi, Harry, and Ethan climbed in the other one.
Vik, Alice, and Simon made small talk while Josh informed the driver on where to go to get to the convention center. Vik eventually decided to vlog.
"So we're on our way to Pax right now, I am here with Simon, Alice, and Josh-"
"YOUR GAY!" Simon screamed, causing Vik to drop the camera.
"FUCK OFF SIMON!" Vik yelled back.
Alice Zerker @alice_zerkaa:
On our way to Pax! Make sure to stop by and say hi when we get there! They all arrived safely and grabbed their badges from the entrance. The amount of people in the large arena made Alice very uncomfortable with herself. She felt like she didn't fit in at all with the Sidemen. They were all so used to conventions and fans that they weren't even phased. Alice couldn't help but feel very cautious and self-aware. It was her first convention, after all.
"Are you alright?" Vik asked her, gripping her hand tightly.
"Yeah, yeah. I'm just-just nervous." She admitted, sighing.
"It's okay, Alice. Everyone will love you! According to Twitter, they already do."
"I know, it just seems like a lot of responsibility to be something everybody wants you to be. Like, I have to be the perfect sister and the kind girlfriend. I have to make an impression on the fans today." Alice explained.
"You are going to make a fantastic impression on them. Don't worry. I believe in you, and I'm always here if you need me." Vik made Alice feel slightly better with what he said.
All she needed was that first fan, that little confidence booster, and then she would be alright. But for now, she'd have to wait.
The rest of the day went very smoothly. The boys mostly hung around the YouTube booth for the whole day, only leaving to go check out some game booths. Alice met a few fans, and her confidence was through the roof as soon as they got back to the hotel room. She felt as if she could be surrounded in a room of fans and make them all happy by the time they left the room. They had hung out in Simons room for a few hours, had some beers, chatted. Now it was late, and everyone had gone back to their respective rooms.
Alice took her shirt and pants off and slid in bed next to the half naked Vik. They had been sleeping like this since the day Alice became comfortable with him.
"Your beautiful." Vik may have had a few drinks while they were in Simon's room...
"Thank you." Alice flipped over so she was facing Vik.
"Your truly are, your body is perfect." Yep. Vik was definitely drunk.
"Your drunk."
"No, I'm not."
"What's my full name then?"
"Alice Emily Zerker. Born January 20th, 1993. Twenty years old." Maybe he wasn't as drunk as Alice though.
"Vikram Barn. Born August 1st, 1995. Nineteen years old... See? Anyone could do it." Alice thought she would try to see if he was faking or actually meant he wasn't drunk.
"I'm not drunk."
"I believe you." Alice gave in.
Vik kissed her lips, then started trailing kisses down her chin. He made his way down her neck and onto her collar bone. Alice sighed as he stopped, wanting him more than she ever had before.
"Vik, plea-"
"I promised Josh I wouldn't do anything." He seemed so pained to say it.
"Fuck Josh, please Vik." Alice has never wanted anything more.
"I can't just go against one of my bestfriends!"
"Yes, you can. I wont tell him. Please just... Just do it."
"If this gets me thrown out of the house..." Vik laughed as he picked up where he left off.
That night, Alice Zerker lost her virginity.
