"Alice?" Josh asked, shutting the door to the kitchen, so no one could hear.

"What is it, Josh?" She asked, facing him.

"Uh, I have to tell you something."

"Go on?"

"The police, they-they found our dad." Josh's face drained.

Alice felt as If she was going to cry. The mention of her father made her feel sick. Although she's missed him, he was still stupid for leaving Josh and Alice in the first place.

She looked down at her fingers, carefully playing with Vik's two rings he'd given her. It seemed to calm her down enough to speak, "What's he been up to?" It was such a casual question, but it meant so much.

"He's remarried, has two kids named Emmi and Hazel. Twins. Both thirteen." Josh sighed, looking up at Alice.

This made Alice feel worse. Her dad had remarried? Had two children without even contacting Josh or Alice?

"How'd you find this out?" Alice asked, shaking.

"They called, said he wants to meet up with us. He wants us to meet the kids. Apparently they are big fans of the Sidemen."

"We shouldn't go."

"Alice, come on, it's the right thing to do. We need to do this. For mom."

"Why would mom want us to do this? This is her ex-husband we're talking about. She'd want us to stay far away." Alice was filled with rage.

"I know, but she loved him. We at least need to try and see what he's like now. We grew up with him." Josh knew he wouldn't win this battle.

"No, I'm sorry. If he really wants to meet up with us he'll bring his ass here."

"That's what he planned on doing. Tomorrow, at noon."

"Josh? You already planned this with him! How could you?!" Alice yelled, causing Josh to jump.

"Look, we need to do this. We are doing this. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. It's the right thing to do. Sure, we hate him for walking out on mom, but in the end, didn't we do that too?"

That hit Alice hard. They had done exactly what their father had done. No surprise there though, everyone had always said the two of were more like their father than their mother.

"True..." She took this into consideration. It wasn't long until she finally decided to just 'go with it.'

"Thanks Alice, I really appreciate this." Josh smiled, reopening the kitchen door.

"Whatever, Josh." She snubbed him.

"I love you."

"I love you too, nimrod." Alice giggled, following Josh out of the kitchen.

She ran back upstairs to Vik's room and climbed into his bed. She just wanted to think.

So her father remarried. He had twins, thirteen years ago, named Emmi and Hazel. That was a bit fishy... Thirteen years ago Alice and Josh were both still living at home with their father and mother... Had their father cheated?

It couldn't have been possible, the two-her mother and father-were madly in love. Nothing could have come between them, unless they fought about something in private... Alice and Josh barely saw their parents fight until the end. Even then the fights weren't bad.

"Alice?" Vik asked from the doorway. He must have opened the door without her knowing.

"What, babe?" She placed her forearm over her eyes, sighing.

"What's wrong?" She felt him sit down on the edge of the bed.

"Our dad... Nothing to worry about, really."

"Oh, so he told you about tomorrow?" Vik stroked her stomach.

"You knew?"

"We all did. We all basically planned to leave tomorrow whilst they were here. But I'm staying with you. JJ and Simon are going to Harry's." Vik explained, sighing.

"I'm not excited." She admitted to him, as if she hadn't already admitted it. To Josh.

"Ah, come on Alice! They are your sisters-"

"Half sisters."

"Whatever, their your half sisters. You have to give them a chance! You might end up liking them."

"No, they aren't the problem. It's our dad. I'd prefer not to see him." Alice moved her hand down to Vik's. She gripped his wrist.

"Just ignore him, then. Or let Josh talk to him."

"That was the plan, Vik. I won't speak to him unless spoken too. But I would like to get to know Emmi and Hazel."

"Right. Give them a chance." Vik moved his hand so that he was holding Alice's.

"What time is it, baby?"

"Seven o'clock."

"Better take a shower... Don't wanna look bad or smell bad for tomorrow."

"I'll join you."

"Okay."

Both Vik and Alice walked into the upstairs bathroom. Luckily almost the whole house was recording, so no one would disturb them as they showered.

Alice got undressed, making sure the water wasn't to hot, then she got in. Vik followed shortly after.

"What would Josh say, if he found us in here together?" Alice giggled, looking at Vik. Sure, he didn't have abs, but he was still hot.

"He wouldn't be too pleased with this." Vik looked down at her. She smiled.

"He'd probably cut off your dick."

"I wouldn't doubt it."

"Neither would I."

They both did what they had to do. Vik and Alice didn't really speak as they swiftly washed their bodies, then again, there wasn't really a reason for them to.

Being the girl that she was, Alice spent an extra five minutes in the shower after Vik got out.

When that was finished, Alice dried herself off and slipped on the sweatpants and Sidemen tee-shirt she'd brought up. Vik dressed in a pair of jeans and a Dota 2 shirt.

"You look good, babe." Vik complimented, wrapping his arms around her waist as she looked into the mirror at herself. She wasn't pretty, and she didn't feel like she was. Her blonde hair was soaking wet and her face was red. Typical.

"Are you lying?" Alice frowned at herself.

"Why would I lie, I love you!" He kissed her neck.

"I don't feel pretty."

"Well, your wrong, because you are extremely pretty! I'm not just saying this because your my girlfriend."

"I believe you." She turned around, kissing his lips.

"Don't ever leave me." Vik held her tight.

"I wouldn't even think about it. We already have our knot partially tied." She placed her hand against his chest, showing off the rings.

"You still wear the ring I got you for your birthday?"

"Of course! I love it. I love you."

"Awe, Alice..." He leaned down and kissed her forehead.

"Vik, I'm scared." Alice placed her hand back on his waist and leaves her head against his chest.

"Why?" Vik placed his chin on her head.

"I'm scared that when we get married, you won't want me anymore."

"I'll always want you. No matter how old you get, you'll always be my sky full of stars."
