April's POV
I woke up with a headache. It took me a moment to realize where I was. Last thing I remember was training with Leo. I don't remember anything after that, I don't even think want to know. I carefully got out of the bed and went home.
It was my mating season, and Donnie's. It's not smart to go over this week.
Donnie's POV
I woke up and saw that April had left. 'Did I scare her away? Is she playing me?' Some reason the second idea seemed most reasonable. She kissed me and left me. Why should I even try?
I might as well give up.
