Uneasy Feeling

I've had a real uneasy feeling, every since we got off the plane. Something just doesn't feel right. Liyah was in her own word with her music on and everybody else was pretty much sleep. But I couldn't. Something inside me just knew something wasn't right. I texted Rashad to ease my mind.

K: Something feels off

R: What u mean?

K: It feels weird, like something is gonna happen

R: Do you want me to catch a plane there?

K: No. I'm just tripping

R: U sure?

K: Yes, besides this is a girls trip lol

R: Whatever. Love you. Kiss my sis 4 me

K: Will do (reaches over and blows a big kiss on Liyah's cheek) That's from Rashad

A: (laughing/wiping it off) Ewwww!

K: Girl you know you want this. Don't front bae

A: No damn way! (laughing)

We played and joked around a little bit more and it sort of put my mind more at ease . But there was just a sneaking suspicion that something isn't right here.

Aaliyah

I was in deep thought, thinking about Drake, when Dada kissed me. We laughed and joked together for a minute before we both laid back in our chairs.

K: Lee, can I ask you something?

A: You know you can

K: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

A: I don't know (thinks for a minute) Honestly, I wouldn't mind being married with a kid

K: (looks at her) You know, I was expecting you to say something totally different

A: (smiles/looks at her) I know, everybody does. I want to settle down with someone I can't see myself without and I know loves me just as much as I want them. And I want babies, atleast 6

K: (sits up) 6 got damn babies Liyah?!

A: (busts our laughing) Yes, I want a big family

K: (laughs) You gonna have enough for the both of us. Auntie Dada don't mind

A: (laughs) Why'd you'd ask?

K: I just wanted to know. I've been thinking things through too and I want a family too

A: (looks at her) Awwww!

K: Girl, don't do it! (laughs) But Rashad said something to me the other night that made me think about things

A: So are you two done acting like you don't want to be together?

K: I think so Lee. We're real close to making things official. I just didn't want to rush into anything

A: Well you know I'm happy. I get a sister-in-law and best friend in one

K: True, true (smiles) One more question Lee... Have you talked to Drake?

A: (sighs) No, I haven't. Ever since that night after he got out of jail, we haven't talked

K: Maybe you should call him again

A: I tried but he ignored my call. I'll just give him his space for now

Dada grabbed my hand and squeezed it while we looked out at the scenery. Just when she was about to say something, the plane shook real hard once. We both looked at each other before it started shaking again. By now, everybody else was waking up, getting concerned. Suddenly the plane took a dive and we all started screaming. The last thing I saw was Drake's face , smiling at me. Damn.
