82. The Date Pt.1

                           Rimuru's POV

We soon made it to Gabil's exhibit about most things he showed in the original timeline. Things like how Hipokute herbs are made and other small things to me, but major things to everyone else. They also showed off other small creations they'd made and past prototypes as well.

Gabil- "Oh lord Rimuru I'm so glad you could find the time to see my exhibit for yourself. Please enjoy looking at all we've done to make all of Tempest the greatest place in the world."

Ya, sure thing Gabil. Everything you've done and totally not Vesta and the others working together. I once thought Gabil was getting better at being a researcher but he turned out to be a glorified test dummy for dangerous products Vesta and the others made.

We continued to see old creations that brought back memories of the first timeline as me and Ciel  held hands and she rested her head on my shoulder. We continued doing this untill I saw something that didn't fit here at all.

The best way to describe it would be to call it a mechanical dinosaur. Turning to Vesta who could answer me best I asked him what it even was.

Vesta- "Oh this is an idea that Fluffy had to build and Kat built it for him due to time constraints. It's not completely finished but its outer shell is done so we're displaying it. It's planned to be added to the golem floors of the labyrinth once completed."

I have a bad feeling about it being Fluffy's idea.

Ciel- "It appears to be a modified golem with better materials. Is it a mini boss or what is the planned function of its design?"

Vesta- "An excellent question miss. This golem is to be a higher leveled wandering boss of the golem floors. It is ment to rival the strength of the elemental colossus of floor 60. Though now that we've made it stronger through inspiration of this idea of Fluffy's it's likely weaker than the colossus now."

It looks familiar but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Rimuru- "What did Fluffy call it?"

Vesta- "He says its name was Grimlock. He also made different models with similar capabilities to help keep adventures on their toes. It's greatly excited the researchers who are working on it."

I start to rub my growing headache as I realize what he's made so casually. No wonder he's been making so many vehicles lately.

Rimuru- "I see. I'll be reviewing these designs before they are added to the labyrinth then."

Vesta- "Of course lord Rimuru. You did pay for them after all."

I felt a tic mark appear on my head hearing that. But when did I approve of these designs?

Ciel- "These are the designs that fluffy likely asked for an American military size budget for."

Rimuru- "Ya. But now I'm concerned about what else he's made without my notice recently. I see why now you wanted to visit the exhibits this year Ciel."

She gave me a small confused look but then nodded along. We then continued to look at the more normal items there before leaving for another place. But before we did I saw a rich kid trying to bargain for the price to buy Grimlock for himself.

We then left as we had the least interest in this area which was why we went there first. Next we went to Fluffy's creation, the special gaming zone.

It was what I can only describe as a bunch of hobbies that Fluffy has turned into games. It is also a place that has games from other worlds to play as well. Some can even be made into virtual reality simulation.
