Getting stronger

When life gets rough
And you feel like you have to be tough or this is enough
Just think
What will this me bring?

You'll get stronger every day
When you feel like you've got nothing to say
Just pray
Okay?

You'll get stronger, and stronger too
From just being you
Experience can make you stronger
For longer

When life gets rough
And you feel like you have to be tough
Just think
What will this me bring?

When life hits rock bottom
Just think eventually you'll be saying you got 'em
No more crying on pillows and tissues
Now, you've gotten stronger with no other major issues

Of course, I might be wrong
Of course, you might not be getting strong
But, sometimes, without realizing it,
You'll gain a thing or two, a bit

Becoming strong is a tough job in it of itself
So, don't treat yourself like you're an elf
Sometimes, all it takes is some miracle
And, eventually, you'll be very lyrical
Singing a song
Of becoming strong
