Poetry In Emotion [Completed]

Inside me

I've built a little room just for me
Inside my mind, so no one can see
I hide there when it rains too hard outside
But for how long can I hide?

It's not the safest place to be
It's not as comfortable as a couch is for me
But I hide there anyway
Even if it harms me, I hide there where I can keep my emotions at bay

Why do I hide there?
Because I don't know how to face my emotions with care
It's too much at once, for me
So, I hide where no one can see
