Change?

They say things will change soon
But when, I ask?
They say things will change with the moon
But isn't that just a hard task?

Meaning, are they just saying it to comfort me?
Are they just saying it to help me in some way?
Are they just saying it because I need to just be?
Or are they just saying it for today?
