Bags

We all carry bags filled with all our problems of today
We all carry bags when we sit and when we lay
No matter the circumstances, we carry bags all around us
Be they heavy or light, we don't really make a fuss

Okay, we do
But, remember, we're humans too
So, no matter how many bags we carry
We don't have to, to them, be "married"

We could let them go and leave
We don't have to look back or grieve
It's only a bag filled with your problems, not a bag filled with presents
We could totally leave it behind in remnants

No need to carry extra baggage when we've got over enough
No need to carry extra baggage, even to make you seem tough
You've got enough baggage to last you a lifetime
No need to have extras that taste like lemon lime

The more you carry, the harder it is to have a straight posture
It's also hard to carry them all at once
So, imagine for a second, carrying that much baggage for no reason
It'll take years to get them all unpacked and off your shoulder
I don't think you want to carry a boulder
Or is that "in season"?
Does the baggage keep you pure?
