As early October arrived, Y/N continued to rest from his surgery. Because of this, he stayed at home while his husband continued going to work. Even so, life went on—not only for the family, but for the rest of the world.
Heading to the zoo, a trucker is transporting multiple animals. With a vast collection of animals in the back of the truck, they are all cooped up in cages. One cage in particular is more worn down. The animal inside it stays awake, worried about what is going on. Suddenly, the truck is parked, and the cage jostles. The latch loosens. Curious as the little creature is, it pokes at the hatch, discovering that it can be opened.
As the animal leaves the cage and enters the dark truck, it begins to explore. Suddenly, the back of the truck is opened by the trucker. Sensing the fresh air and the chance to escape, it takes advantage of the brief window when the driver steps away to break free. Thus, the fluffy animal escapes into the world.

The next day, Fred and Alyosha are relaxing at the park. While the sporty kid wants to move his body, his older brother would rather sketch.
"C'mon, Alyo! It's fun to run!" Alyosha shakes his head, with Fred sighing. "I promise I won't tackle you again." Again, the other boy doesn't budge. With disappointment, the blonde kid gives in. "Fine, but you won't grow up as strong as I will."
As Fred begins to jog, he gets used to the chilly air. After one round and passing his brother, he notices something fluffy moving in the bushes. Wondering what it is, the boy walks over to the bush. After pushing some leaves aside, he is met by the escaped zoo critter.
"Aww!" Fred smiles as he sees a white and fluffy cat. He then looks back at his brother, who is still sketching. "Alyo, there's a cat here!"
The quiet kid stops sketching and walks over to Fred. As they look into the bush, they notice how approachable it looks, thanks to its big grey fur. The cat meows at them, revealing big fangs. Despite this, the boys smile.
"He's so cute!" Fred looks at the cat adoringly. He then notices something missing. "Where's his collar?"
After a few seconds, Alyosha taps his brother on the shoulder. The blonde then sees the phone. 'It's a stray.'
"He's homeless?" Fred's heart sinks a bit, and he looks back at the innocent-looking cat. The jock then gets an idea. He looks at his brother. "We can give it to Pa. He used to have a cat, and he sometimes says we can have a pet—well, not Lyn's fish." Alyosha nods, thinking it's a great idea. Thus, both boys look at the cat.
"Do you want to live with us?" The cat only looks at them curiously, tilting its head slightly.

"Stop working out."
"It's not like I'm deadlifting."
Lip sighs as his husband keeps doing the tasks he usually does, even after the surgery. He did the same thing six years ago, and now he still does it. As Y/N continues lifting weights in the basement, the blonde wishes he could take things slower.
"Just be careful. I don't want my husband to end up dead."
"You really doubt my own judgement, huh?"
That's when the door to the basement opens. Mikhail is quick to hear grunting coming from downstairs. "You two better not fuck!"
"We're not." Lip responds. "And stop saying that!"
That's when the oldest son goes downstairs, standing at the stairs as he speaks up. "Is Dad molesting you with his eyes again?"
