After all the troubles they've gone through, Lip hopes life might finally give him a break. Not just for himself, but for his fiancé too. During the weekend, they sit peacefully against the wall of their bedroom. Y/N is holding Alyosha, the smaller man leaning in with his head resting on Lip's shoulder.

"He looks a bit like you." Lip murmurs.

Y/N snorts, glancing up at his fiancé. "I'm sure he'll think so too when he's older."

Lip smiles before turning his gaze to Mikhail, who is playing with a set of shape-sorting blocks. "What are we going to say when they get older? I... don't want to be any less of a dad than you." He then looks back at their newborn son. "And I don't want you to be any less of a dad to him either..."

The Russian thinks for a few seconds before answering. "We'll talk to them when the time is right. For now, let them just see us as their dads."

Lip hums softly. "Right."

He exhales, watching his son. Alyosha sleeps so peacefully, blissfully unaware of the chaos surrounding their family. There's something sweet about that—knowing the boy simply drifts through it all, untouched by the storm.

Suddenly, Lip's phone rings. He straightens up, pulling it from his pocket. The number on the screen is unfamiliar, but after everything they've been through, it's the last thing that worries him.

"What's wrong?" Y/N asks, noticing the change in his expression.

"It could be about Fiona..." Lip mutters, looking at Y/N with clear unease. "You don't think she... is dead?"

Y/N considers the thought for a moment before shaking his head. "After what you told me, it doesn't sound like she's going to die anytime soon."

Lip, however, looks less convinced.

"You want me to answer?" Y/N offers.

The smaller man hesitates, then takes a deep, shaky breath. Without a word, he hands the phone over to his fiancé.

Without hesitation, the Russian answers. "With Phillip Gallagher." He listens for a moment, then quickly looks aside, whispering. "Hospital."

Lip frowns, already bracing himself for bad news.

"How is she?" Y/N asks, his expression unreadable. Lip's stomach tightens as he anxiously awaits the response.

Then, the Russian offers him a small, reassuring smile. "Glad to hear she's alive." He says simply.

Lip finally exhales, relief washing over him.

The Gallaghers step into Fiona's hospital room, their footsteps hesitant but hopeful. After receiving the call that she was awake, the four available siblings wasted no time in coming to see her. Seeing her eyes open again should bring relief, but Fiona still looks utterly exhausted, lying in bed with bandages wrapped around her and a cast immobilizing her leg.

"Hey." Debbie is the first to greet her, quickly followed by the others. "How're you feeling?"

"Like shit..." Fiona mutters, her voice hoarse. "Thank God oxycodone exists."

Ian chuckles. "You sound like Frank."

Fiona lets out a weak laugh. "Let's hope that's not a sign..."

"What happened anyway?" Lip asks, wanting to know where she had been during the storm.
